Just ordered and installed their 2019-2021 JLU 4 door and tailgate keyless entry system. Thier kit included EVERYTHING needed, and came with excellent step by step instructions with color photos. I could not be happier with the kit. Worth every penny! Also, they had some supply issue that delayed my order, but they were very helpful and the kit arrived rapidly once they got what they needed. I will definitely be a return customer.

Searched the site for a return policy. Could not find it. Ordered a window lift motor, they sent the passenger window motor, not the driver window motor I ordered. When I called to return I was told it was not returnable. They said they would help me get the right one, but it would have to be a new order. Had to dispute with American Express. I will never order from this company again. Hope this small $90 sale was worth it to this company. Cannot recommend doing business with this company, stay away.

I bought a keyless entry kit for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler, and they shipped it super fast! When it arrived, right away you can tell that they have high quality parts. Came with everything as advertised, and instructions for install. Great company with great products. Will definitely buy whatever else I need for my Jeep that they have.!

Purchased a power window unit for a 2013 Chevy Silverado, along with switches, and a remote start. The unit install was 1,2,3. Had a few technical difficulties along the way. I contacted A1 electric directly and spoke to a very nice technician adviser, he walked me through the process. Drive-thru's are so much easier now! I would recommend A1 Electric to anyone who needs power windows or keyless entry's.

Called and spoke with Chris. Nice guy. Got me set up with a window kit for my 2009 Silverado. Didn't care for the switches i got, so i called Chris and he swapped them out for me. Chris had me look at the articles on their website. Armed with this information, I was able to get the windows installed and everything working in a day.

Purchased a power door lock kit for my 2014 Nissan Versa Note and in less than one month, one lock actuator failed and fell apart. These actuator are suppose to be the top of the line made in Switzerland and use by Mercedes Benz. Cost me a $100 to replace at the local installer and I only requested a refund price of the actuator which they replied: It is quite unclear on the situation, but we do not have an order from you for a replacement actuator nor do we see any notes for any type of warranty regarding your order I would not buy from these people again! I am now just waiting for the other actuators to fail
