Had them come out to do a job 3/2017. I called multiple times because after the job was done my dining room and kitchen lights wouldn't turn on with the switches. I was told multiple times that they would contact me to come out and they never did. It is now 10/31/17 and the job still isn't done. They still expected me to pay another invoice if they came back out and still expect me to pay the bill for the first visit back in March.

I worked in Customer Service for quite a few years and my Family owns a business so I understand what Excellent customer service is. I was very impressed with Acme Electric from the First phone call I made for an appointment. The office staff were friendly and helpful! The Electrician Brian, was right on time, he came in with a smile and listened to what our concerns were, then he took care of our issue explaining what he needed to do. He was fast, he seemed extremely knowledgeable. He asked if we had any other concerns. I would Highly Recommend Acme Electronics to Everyone!

They are my go to electrician. When I first bought my house, I was new to the area. I went through the yellow pages and got a bunch of estimates for simple projects. They were middle of the road, but I like their professionalism. I don't even call anyone else for an estimate anymore, I go straight to them. They get you in timely, and do good work.
I would give them 5 stars except last time, the guy forgot my appointment. I called the office 15 minutes past, and he apparently forgot to write it down and double booked. Unfortunately, my house was being painted the next day, so I had to get the exterior light changed that day. He made it before I left for work. I let him in, and he let himself out.
I won't let one bad apple spoil the bunch for me on this one though. I'll continue to use them on all my projects. Their reasonably priced, and their quotes are always spot on. They're quick too, so you're not paying for extra time!
