Dan was able to provide same week availability for a minor project we had. He is knowledgeable about Milwaukee area homes which is a big help.

More than a great job adding new wire and grounding electrical outlet for our 3 prong washer. He also without charge inspected the electrical wiring of our home. I called four different electric companies before deciding on Action Electric. Most companies wanted $70 to $250 just for a trip charge/estimate. Dan at Action Electric was extremely responsive and came out the next day (other companies were weeks outs). On top of that, the price was VERY REASONABLE! He also took extra time to explain what he did and things I should keep my eye on. I also enjoyed talking to him while he worked. Highly recommend, and he's now my go to electrician for future needs.

I am a licensed veterinarian, so I thought, how hard can it be to change a ceiling light fixture in our Milwaukee apartment? Just turn off the breaker and connect the same color wires, right? Well, after a pop sound and sparks in the ceiling box (the light did come on though!), I took it down and decided I needed an expert. With so many to choose from, being new in town, I even went to Craigslist. Dan, the owner of Action Electric, replied right away, asked about the situation, asked for pictures, and really worked with me to figure out the problem and solution.

Then he was there the next day, and fifteen minutes later, light was fixed and functioning. I highly recommend Dan and Action Electric He was prompt, reliable, texting back and forth for a full day with me, and then was there to fix my failed experiment at a very fair price. I am grateful, and will stick to my own licensed profession in the future.
