Use someone else. AC went out, they came and replaced a part, which I find I was way overcharged. Six days later, motor fan went out, and wanted another huge amount to repair. Older unit, so they said we needed a new one. price quoted was super high. Told them I would think about it. They textEd and called my husband and I several times a day to commit.

In the meantime, went with another company, price was really reasonable to replace. New company said OnTime repair needed to be replaced. They would not, and wanted more money. I would never use them again.

I have used OnTime for the past few years now. I can honestly say every single service tech that has come to my home has been a decent, respectful person. Jarrett was no different, and Tyler before that. This is very important to me considering the time we live in. They have been very honest, up front, and timely. Kudos to the people there - the management team, the owner, and the employees as well. They are also informative, detailed, and do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Our service guy (Dan) was outstanding! He did his very best to rebuild and when that failed (due to age and corrosion) he did an excellent job of installing a new shower faucet. We were aware (up front) of all charges and options as well as other things he found when assessing our plumbing that we plan to have done in a few weeks. Bravo On Time! We are a very happy customer and will be using you from now on.

Tyler from OnTime Service was very polite and professional. He sat with me and mom and explained everything to us. He took the time to answer all our question. He was straight up and honest with us. He did not leave until we were satisfied. This is third time we have used OnTime Service and we've been satisfied each time with the services performed. I highly recommend OnTime Service to anyone needing their services.

Inspection and given estimates. Professional and knowledgeable. Gave me a good range of options to consider at a range of price points. I continue to receive outstanding service from On Time, be it HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or insulation. They are a tad pricier than some of the competition, but I get peace of mind having one company that can service my whole house. And all these guys are pros and stand behind their work.

We had a burst water line in the yard. Our normal plumber was unavailable and the one our insurance agent recommended was also back-logged. We had used On-Time for electrical, but never plumbing. We should have known the service would be great! My husband had dug down and found the pipe, but needed a professional plumber to repair it properly. John quickly exposed the pipe, cut out the bad part and patched it up.

The leak started at 12:30 and we called around 2:00. On-Time was on site within the hour and we had our water restored in time to cook dinner! They even reduced their rate because my husband helped with the digging! Fast, efficient, Affordable and professional! Our normal plumber may have just been replaced!

Just didn't expect to be quoted nearly 17,000.00 for an hvac unit upgrade and during the inspection they try to upsale mainly by fear. Still not sure why they had to go into the garage to inform tat it needed to be rewired. The hvac is not in the garage nor is the incoming service or breakers. They have pretty vans though. I just needed to upgrade to a seer 16 condenser and a newer Acoil to match.

They did an excellent job of the repair we called about. Made timely suggestions for the future of our sink. Cleaned up a spill in the bathroom that had nothing to do with the kitchen, and we did not ask them. They saw he need to help us and did. They were very considerate of our elderly concerns about our repair being done correctly. They were very knowledgeable. We appreciate not only the repairs, but the personal interaction.

Victor was extremely nice and very thorough. We've tried to use our home warranty for the upstairs AC to be fixed and they've sent us two different contractors and still, 6 weeks later, haven't gotten anywhere with them (home warranty - I started detailed notes 6 calls ago). I mention all of this to lead into Victor's thoroughness. Enough about them, back to OnTime Service; I've had two separate contractors tell me the same thing is wrong, so I believe it. Victor spent a lot of time outside and in the attack and between trips, he tells me what he knows so far, and it's on point with what I've been told.

He comes back after a good 20 minutes of troubleshooting and is frank with me about our upstairs AC. Apparently I forgot to change filters and I appreciate the heads up. I am also told the evaporator coil will need to be replaced. This was Monday I called to setup for them to come out, and they had someone here the same day. I asked about a time-line and was told he can be back here Thursday of this same week! Jackpot!

I got a quote and asked them to start the process. Even days within Spring in Alabama get warm, and the upstairs warmer! Victor and another gentleman came out today and spent 4 hours doing their due diligence and the AC works! I'm so happy and highly recommend them!

Have use them previously, but called another electrical/plumbing service for a quote on installing a Honeywell 22KW home generator, and they quoted $13,000 for the job. I though this was excessive, so I called OnTime Service, and they QUOTED THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICE OF $18,000 for the installation. I will NEVER call these expensive people again.

I am very satisfied with this company. I highly recommend them and I will choose them again for my next service need. My request for an appointment was handled very professionally. The technician's name and picture was provided to me in advance of his arrival. The technician was prompt, very courteous and friendly. I am very satisfied with the knowledge and expertise of my technician and I have complete confidence in his trustworthiness. Thank you OnTime Service!

Both crew's that came out to my residence did an amazing job! It was great how they tell you what the issues are and explain to how they can fix it without making a big dent in your wallet. Even when I had problems the next day they came right away, without a charge and made sure I wouldn't have a problem again. It was great meeting them nothing but professionalism from them! Don't be cheap and try to get free work out of them just pay y'all, treat them with respect because y'all gonna be satisfied!

They charged me $500 for a simple job. The outlet in our wash room caught fire and all they had to do was move the outlet. It costed me $500 but was a 20 mins job. The other paint man that was over begged me to complain because he didn't think I should have been charged that because the parts were even on the truck. I should have just told them no but we were moving in with a new baby and I was new to the area. So honestly it was my mess up allowing them to rip me off. Good luck!

Unfortunately we didn't have a pleasant experience the second time we used them. Maybe it was their tech Andrew. But we were told immediately that we need to get a new unit. Fine.but he forgot to mention we had electrical heat that was still working, that he could easily turn on for us to keep us warm until we decided what to do. Instead it seemed like he was desperately trying to get some money that day.

He was also just shifty and kind of lazy in nature. Claimed it would be $137 for him to change our thermostat and that we had a fuse and would need to change it. We said fine we'll do it ourselves. Then claimed if he stayed longer than the hour for inspection we would be charged $127 more on-top of $69 service fee for the second hour. We said please do what you can within an hour to find out if we can get the heat back on for a few days.

He said he couldn't do anything for us and said it was the thermostat. When the thermostat wasn't the problem (we changed it) the company was nice enough to send him back but he again told us we just needed to change the unit and there was nothing he could do to get it working. He then proceeded to tell us he needed to know by the end of the day if we go with them. 6,000 dollars is a lot of money to be felt pressured into investing by the end of the day.

He then called us to ask about our decision. We said no. I honestly felt like we were being bullied into going with them. After calling some contacts we found a great guy who had better prices. Message me I'll give you his name. He was appalled and said something fishy happened in our attic. He said whoever worked up there left it a mess and he couldn't believe any company would fail to tell their client they had an electrical way of having heat until they decided to change it. We will not use Ontime again. They may have been Ontime but they sent a fishy guy.

We had an annual whole home service contract with them, so the would semi annually check our HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Problem was when they would find something or when we called them with an issue, they would always give these astronomically HIGH Quotes. I.e repair cooling leak on inside, downstairs air handler = $3700+, we got it repaired with other licenses company for $1300 including parts.

Next incident, I asked for a quote to install and replace two toilets (I had the new toilets already) = $396 per toilet, so called manager later called and said that quote was discounted from $450! I later had both toilets installed for $250 by another company. Bottom line, the annual service check were fine, but if they do find something, they are extremely to expensive to use for the repair. So ultimately I can't pay them to find an issue, then call others to complete the work.

Under no circumstances hire this group of total con artists to come into your house. I called them to repair a bathroom fan. No light. Just the fan. The person on the phone assured me that they would be able to repair the fan or replace it on the spot. That is the only reason I paid the $69 service fee upfront. "Our trucks are stocked with all types of equipment and products." The service man came out and I expressed that I needed the most economical option. Well, of course he didn't have the part on his truck but he promised that I would hear from them no later than Monday.

By Thursday of the next week, I had to call them and again they had no response. The repair person finally called. Lied and said he had called me earlier in the week? And then told me it would be $800 to repair a bathroom fan. They sell these fans at Home Depot for $99. The installation is going to be $700? This is a dishonest company. Stay away!

They came out to estimate replacing my sister's hot water heater. Not only did the try to sell her several things she did not need, they turned up her water pressure to make it look like she needed a new pressure valve. The one she had was almost new! The final estimate was $3850! We got another plumber who did everything for $950. I can NOT recommend them!

We bought a condo and wanted the electrical system reviewed. They sent Brad out and he did a very thorough job. The day after Brad came out, our lights started flickering and we were worried about a potential fire hazard. Called OnTime on Saturday morning, by noon David was there, diagnosed and fixed the problem (unrelated to the work Brad did). They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and they give you the pricing upfront. They stand behind their work. Highly recommend them!

So tired of seeing that knock-off Joel Osteen trying to sell his rip-off of a service while I'm watching the news. They take advantage of the elderly and try to up-sale when not necessary. Wanted $1700 to fix my grandmother's furnace or offered to replace it for ~$4000. I fixed it for $100 in parts and roughly 2 hours time (having no HVAC experience). Has worked well the last two winters.

Get a second opinion from a smaller/independent HVAC crew or look up the repair and fix yourself, your wallet will thank you. I'd rather deal with a swearing/smoking/redneck running an hour late than get torn a new one by these jokers.

Very proffesional company but their pricing is ridiculous. Charged us $90 per lamp to replace two burned out floodlights. Next time we'll try a handyman service. Also, would not replace a faulty exterior outlet without insisting the entire circuit and breaker be brought up to current code in my 25 year old house. That seems like overkill to me.

Came out and gave us a quote for 2k for new breakers and grounding rods. Then if we subscribe to their yearly check up for 200 and some dollars it would take it down to 1800. I called another electrician for a second opinion. That wasn't even our problem. Our problem was a broken wire in our heat pump. It costs 260 to fix. Dont bother with these people. Tried to gouge us

Their service was quick. On time arrival. However the guy just replaced the capacitor on my HVAC and it took maybe 10 minutes. And they charged 300$. Way.way.overpriced. One thing i learned was how to fix a capacitor myself which would cost around 30$. Anyways use your discretion and ask them the price they gonna charge before they start replacing any parts (go get those parts yourself from homedepot or lowes which is 100 times less than what these guys charge).

Matt was terrific. The electricity on my second floor (only) went out and raised huge concern on our part. He arrived quickly and had to find an obscure issue. Once found, the problem was resolved professionally and in good time. He was very courteous and fully explained what he was doing, why, the issue and the resolution. I highly recommend him and will be using him for any other needs in the future. Jean H.

On a hot day my air conditioner stopped working. So I called On Time heating and air conditioning and spoke with the customer service rep who is extremely nice and very helpful in getting someone to come out and check my system. In less than two hours, Victor, the service technician, showed up came in and immediately found out it was a bad thermostat.

He had a new thermostat on his truck and replaced it. Victor was absolutely incredible. He was extremely nice and very Knowledgeable with my air-conditioning system. Victor also looked at my air-conditioning system to make sure everything else looked OK. I really appreciated that because it may have saved another trip to my home. To the owner of On Time, my experience with Victor and his work, I, without hesitation, purchased a service agreement so On Time will always take care of my A/C & Heating System, and any plumbing and Electrical as well. Thanks OnTime and thanks very much Victor. Phil King

Please do yourself a favor. Don't use these people. As a condition of the contract, on time was coming to inspect the ac. This must be Way to much for them because 3 days later the ac dies and visually Had bad parts. And problem with the drain lines. OnTime said the ac was fine the recharged and left, real ac guys said there was no way this was passable.

I will preface this by saying this is the first time I have used this company. I am more than happy with the service I received today, the technician was prompt, polite, and very professional! I work in the service industry as well and going to home appointments can get tricky quick. Today was not one of those days, the tech was so calm and courteous the whole time.

I had an issue with the pool outlet that I tried to fix. Well you see how well that went, I had to call on time. well I am glad I did, they are reasonably priced as well. Still thinking on doing the maintenance plan as it can get costly I am sure. well I know that for my electrician work or heating and air I will be calling this company, and for me the wait was only a day for them to come out! Thank you On Time for a job well done and for sending such a great technician! I can now see why you get thousands of positive reviews! Well done and until next time!

We are renovating our bathroom and have the entire area down to the studs and subfloor. I need to move the old bath drain about 12 to accommodate the new shower. There is access to the drain pipe from above and below. Work would consist of $20 in part and 2-3 hours if the plumber is slow. My quote was $900. When I asked why this was extremely high the technician replied that he had to use the costing in his holy book and had no way to deviate for actual conditions.

He then mused a story about how the cost would be the same if he had to 'bust the drain out of a slab'. maybe they should change the name to 'on time to bend over'. pass.
