Critical: Professionalism I just watched a guy in an Alladin Electric truck park in front of my driveway, lift up the yellow caution tape, and proceed to walk down my just poured concrete. I called the business to complain and the reply I got was, "ok". They refused to do anything, I couldn't even get an apology.

My wife and I own a very old farm house and we have had the professionals from Aladdin Electric do a number of projects at our house and the work has been outstanding! From the time the project is quoted to the work being completed and the handling service calls afterwards (our mail-lady ran over one of our newly installed driveway lamp-posts!), the entire staff at Aladdin Electric was courteous, professional and efficient. Knowing that the work is done right gives me and my family peace of mind! We recommend Aladdin Electric whenever we can to anyone doing a construction project (be it large or small) or for help with service issues.

Payed $198.00 for an expert to spend 10 minutes at our home for an emergency fix of a failed battery backup system on our sump pump, for him to only tell my fiance that he was unfamiliar with our system and couldn't help us. It turned out that the battery went bad and needed replacing. I paid $198.00 to find out that Aladdin's professional was unable to problem solve what turned out to be a simple fix.
I was out of town for business and was unable to diagnose the problem for myself. The power was out and my fiance couldn't leave because she was bailing water to try and save the basement. What's the point in hiring a professional if they can't or won't help but are happy to take your money anyway. Went to Aladdin and payed my bill and they showed no interest in making things right. I gave one star because I had to. No option for no stars.
