These guys are great they go up and beyond. Come out as soon as possible.

These guys do it all. They completely installed a 13K Generac Generator, clean and fast. I had to suggest it but they knew everything about dividing the loads in my house with use of auto-relays to shut off my high amp devices during an outage, allowing me to use a much smaller Generator and maximizing efficiency. Set up so I don't have to do anything when the power goes out. Knowledgeable in LAN lines too.

They keep good records and help you with warranties, love that. Andrews even came out 6 months later to do the first maintenance service for the Gen, for free. Also I just have to say the Generac model G0071740 is awesome. Completely automatic. Connects to wifi and has a cool app that actually works from app or browser.

We have had Andrew's Electric do work for us over the years. Our project this time was the completion and trouble shooting of 2 poolside gazebo's that I roughed in. We needed them to complete the job of unfinished business. Bobby and Cody arrived earlier than was expected and very professionally resolved our electrical issues and got them up and running.

I just really appreciated their friendliness and care they put into our day. As a mountain resident there are things I look for in service businesses. I want the service to be responsive, good communication, friendliness, customer service, to be able and willing to resolve what needs to be fixed and good old fashioned professionalism. I was pleased that I got that type of service with Bobby, Cody and the appointment staff.

They were highly recommended on the Nextdoor app, so I called and expressed my situation. Andy came on the line and I had hubby speak to him. He was able to send over one of his apprentice, who fixed our issue! Such great service and will only use them going forward!

I've used Andrews Electric over the years for various repairs or installations the latest being an electric car charger install. Always, but always professional and personable no matter the technician. I've never had to call back or have something explained, that's done before or on arrival; I can't write enough how much I appreciate that!

On a very hot day our cooler went out. Mountain air said the breaker was bad.we tried to replace our selves but it was a real poser.called Andrew's an the two reps showed up and fixed it in 10 min.this is great service and we really appreciated it.use them they are great

Recently I experienced a baffling electrical outage at my house that resulted in my dishwasher burning out and various other appliances and my lighting switching off and on randomly. I called Andrews electric, and Robert arrived at my home in a little over an hour. He went to my circuit breaker and determined that I was not getting the appropriate power from my P G&E power line. P G&E was notified and quickly arrived on the scene.

They determined that a squirrel had chewed through part of the power line leading to the house and replaced the line correcting the problem. If you want exceptionally competent courteous and honest electricians, I highly recommend Andrews Electric.

Mono Winds damaged our riser and weatherhead that extends from the meter/breaker box, plus the powerline was tore out Monday due to tree falling on line, Called Tuesday morning and by that afternoon the hardware was replaced. Andrew's electric coordinated with the county for inspection Wednesday and contacted PGE to replace downed powerline. We had power that night. The best experience for us to date. Highly recommended for your electrical needs. Thank you for a great experience, the service techs were exceptional.

We've used Andrew's Electric a few times now. They always arrive promptly, are extremely helpful in explaining what needs to be done, and they do really great work.

Andy's company replaced the electrical pole, added a full new meter, scheduled PGE on disconnect and hook up and was done in a timely manner He was a real pleasure to deal with and did an exceptional job I highly recommend his company Service: Panel replacement or upgrade

I've had Andrews Electric to my place several times since buying my place. Each time they were timely and knowledgeable. My house was/is wired a bit goofy and they've been able to figure out what's not working and why and how best to fix it. The last time they were out was during the PG&E outage. I had my generator going but (again) not all the house was powered.

They came out very quickly (within a couple of hours) quickly saw the problem, fixed it, and to top it off, didn't charge me for it as it was so simple and fast to fix. I guess there's some benefit to being a regular customer. Thanks Andrews! I highly recommend them - fast reliable, and knowledgeable.

Phenomenal workmanship and quick response to a minor but annoying problem.replacing a home fire alarm. Because the fire alarm was located in our second story loft, adjacent to opening to the main floor and 20+ high plus the 20+ to the main floor makes for quite a job. Morgan and Bobbi were very professional And cautious in completing this task with the care as required. They continued with their professionalism by taking my ladders and returning them to the garage for me.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not return calls. They did not show up for a scheduled appointment and did not bother to call me to cancel or reschedule. The owner's attitude was basically, if you're not happy, find another contractor.

Andrews guys came out the same day we called and diagnosed a difficult problem quickly. They also brought some sub par work up to code and prevented a potential electrical fire. Highly recommend!

Andrew's Electric is great - dependable, prompt, courteous and professional. We have a vacation rental property and they had done some repairs on the electrical for our septic pump a few months back (before we had closed on the house). When we received an alarm email from our pump monitor, we noticed that the electrical outlet had been placed below ground level and was potentially susceptible to flooding if our pump tank overflowed.

I called Andrew's - the owner took the call, checked in with his techs and had the outlet moved above ground - the same day! I hope to find service as great as this for all our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew's electric. They've earned our future business for sure. Thank you!

Ok so we had electrical issues in moms room, half of the room outlets were not working, checked circuit breakers etc.nothing I could find. So I called Monday morning about 8am and they came Monday morning about 10am, that was pretty Awesome! the service tech was professional and called about 5 minutes before he arrived to our home and fixed the issue in less than an hour, we got a senior discount, I always ask for senior or military discounts :) So they will be my go to (hopefully later than sooner) when needed for electrical challenges.
