Billitier is one of the largest electrical contractors in the Rochester Area, and has become a well respected contractor that other companies look up to. A major part of Billitier's successful client relations is the fact that, unlike other contractors in our industry, our team is made up of many divisions.
When an electrical problem occurs, items such as phones, computers, lighting, HVAC systems, and many other items sit idle. This is hardly the time to step back and figure out a good preventive measure to avoid this happening again. Instead you're forced to act quickly, inefficiently, and definitely not cost effectively.
In an effort to go above and beyond the typical designs of new construction and renovation work, Billitier Electric, Inc. has performed many energy-efficiency upgrades and other money saving improvements for our customers. We have performed work on various LEED certified projects, and have a LEED accredited professional on staff.
Special Project Aspects/Challenges: Repairs and updates to lighting/power systems throughout the bar, event space, and kitchen area. All lighting upgraded to LED and updated for a more modern look. The 4 generators where 1000' from the electric room. Installed 7 runs of 1000MCM to each and used a culvert as a manhole in the middle of the run.
