Rich & John installed a new bath fan/light/heater, and new outlet for my bidet. They also ran lines for my future whirlpool tub project. All this had to be run through the attic so it made a big mess of insulation. They cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend Rich for great communication and promptness. A job well done! Five stars +

I scheduled work with this company and have a situation where we have power cords running through the house and needed to have our electrical panel replaced. I spoke with the owner Rich on the phone and let him know. He said that it would take a couple weeks because an inspector would need to be scheduled out for it. He then asked me to text him my address, which I did.
Next I waited a week and a half and realized he never wrote me back after I texted him my address, so I decided to check in on him. I wrote to him asking for an update and he wrote back, "Thanks for the reminder. Could you send me a picture of your electrical panel?" This tells me has completely forgot about my scheduled appointment. I wrote back asking when the work would get done, and then he went radio silent for a week.
He later wrote back saying he went out of town so couldn't write me back sooner. So right after he sent the message saying he forgot about the appointment, he went out of town? Really unreliable company. After comparing his quote to other electricians in the area, I realized it was a lot higher. So he actually saved me a few hundred dollars by forgetting about the job. Thanks Rich.
