I have done thousands of dollars of work with them. Until now they were great. But something has changed. I called to get some switches replaced, an outdoor plug installed and a light changed. I also requested an estimate to install a 220v car charger. They only sent the estimator, but did not schedule the electrician as requested in a very time sensitive project.

The estimator helped me out and installed the switches. (I paid for them) When the rest of the work was done, the guy charged my card. When I got my bill there was a second charge from cascade made without my knowledge. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD! If the charge was incorrect they should have called me. I will no longer do business with them as I cannot trust them.

I have never been unhappy with their work- but I don't have time to deal with inadequate schedulers and people who feel they have the right to just go charging my credit card without first discussing it with me. Buyer beware. Adequate work- scarey support staff!

If I could recommend this electric company a thousand times over I definitely would! I'm not one to really ever leave reviews on Google, however this company was astonishing! I had originally hired a different electric company to come out and help me fix my problem. They could not figure it out and left without coming back to further assist me. I called Cascade Electric.

In hope that they would be able to fix my problem in a timely manner so I could safely return to my home. I had the best service tech come out and figure out the issue and less than a day's time. I also love that they are completely honest with you and reasonable people! They figured out my issue in such a short amount of time, and I was able to return home! Their prices are very reasonable for some very good work and some great friendly technicians! Thanks so much!

I am very impressed with the level of service and integrity that I experienced working with Matt at Cascade electric. He was very timely, thorough, and kind. Where the work was done looks better than when he arrived. I am incredibly grateful for all he did for our family. Cascade electric has our future business if needed! Services: General repairs, Socket or switch repair, Panel repair

THIS company came to my house because a section of my house was without power. They charged me for 3 hours and said that I had a disconnected wire in my ceiling fan. A few days later I had the same outage and called a different electric company. Withing in 10 minutes he finds the breaker was being tripped because of a space heater. The breaker switch is old and you can tell the switch is tripped which is what the 2nd electric company showed me. Cascade owner would not refund the money I paid even though it was a sham. The reason I had a outage was because I had too much power and was tripping the breaker Not some loose wire in my ceiling fan.

These people kept a van with a faulty alarm parked outside my apartment for months, any time the wind blew it went off, and the wind blows around the clock! Plus every time I tried to call about it they were rude and acted as if I were the problem! I would rather go through Satan than Cascade electric!

Just not reliable or timely and when we asked why they did not show we received a call back and the person was simply rude. May be good, but taking 3 hours off work for a no show costs some of us.

Do not hire them for residential! Not sure how there new construction side is. These guys run a sleazy way of doing business! We had a big job for them and the whole time they were here the employees would smoke and throw there cigarette butts all over my property and left a big mess of scrap wire all over in different areas. Then on the last day only one employee showed up and really they needed a second guy to figure out what breaker went to what.

I had to take time out of my day to help them do there job! After they completed the job we were having major electrical issues, they did come back and fix some of the mistakes. A few weeks later we were still having issues and they didn't warranty the work. Mind you, this was a 5,000 electrical upgrade we had done. So I had to pay the third time they came out. Today I just got a PAST DUE STATEMENT saying I owed 400.00 from the 2nd time they came out. I think they were hoping I was going to be dumb enough to pay it.

I have used Cascade multiple times and on two occasions Casey was the tech. His work was top-notch and when he called and established an arrival time he was there. However, on another occasion when I had a large job involving multiple contractors things did not go as well. The tech tried his best but due to a lack of supervision things were done that made no sense, and basically unusable outlets, and unfortunately after you cut metal you can't go back. Cascade attempted to make it right, again charging me to fix the poor work previously done and PAID FOR, but somethings could not be fixed. Lastly, I just had a circuit breaker fail. Made an appointment for Casey to come out and he did and diagnosed the problem, confirming it was the Arc Isolator Breaker on a Thursday.

He did not have a replacement breaker and had to order it but was unable to return on Friday so he would have to turn the job over to another tech to complete on Friday, and the tech would call. Well NO call from Cascade. I left a message, no return call, I call on Monday left another message and finally on Tuesday received a call telling me the earliest they can come out is Thursday (1 week after the initial visit). Yes, Cascade did apologize citing confusion as to the reason I did not get a tech on Friday or a call-back.

But that is not my main issue. The issue I have is a paid for an initial service call and Casey was on-site less than 30 minutes. He did not have the breaker and had to order it and it was available on Friday. When he came back out the next Thursday he time-on-site was again less than 30 and everything works fine. When the bill was given to me it was for OVER $200 to replace an Arc Isolator Breaker. Looking at the bill I was charged for '2' service calls.

Why two services calls electricians normally carry basic repair parts and a circuit breaker should be one of them. Over $200 is clearly more than what this job was worth! So my warning is be a where and make sure you absolutely understand the problem and estimated costs. Once the bill is presented it's too late to complain. Will I use Cascade again or recommend them - I don't know.

As I said earlier, Casey is a responsible tech but I question their billing methods it's clearly one-sided. Finally, if you know what part failed consider buying it yourself and having an electrician install it.

I've called these guys a couple of times and so far am happy with their services. They show up on time, do a good job for a fair price, and the two different servicemen I've talked to were nice to me and I felt comfortable having them working in my house. (They are much better than my last electrician anyway) I will continue to hire Cascade unless they give me a reason not to.
