In our 65 years of service, we've come to understand that regardless of the kind of storm - a natural disaster, an economic recession, or anything in between - folks need to be able to rely on their utility provider. Companies that can consistently deliver, even in times of uncertainty are rare, and Chain Electric is proud to be exceptional in this regard.

Services
Founded in 1955 by visionary Bobby Chain, Chain Electric Company was launched with small savings, a 1950 Chevrolet truck, and a sense of character and determination that still define the company today.
We offer complete overhead and underground distribution construction & maintenance capabilities up to 34.5kV, energized or de-energized. Our ability to safely expedite critical infrastructure projects with short-term in-service completion dates makes us the premier industry provider. Plus our fleet includes a full complement of off-road, backyard, and other specialized equipment for hard to reach and environmentally sensitive projects.
We at Chain Electric are committed to a work culture of safe operations and Target Zero incidents. This uncompromising commitment to safety consistently provides a workplace with motivated, productive employees who are proud to be a part of our team. Chain Electric has numerous full time field management and safety/training supervisors that are assigned specific territories, crews and customers.
Chain Electric isn't your typical utilities provider. We've been in business for over 65 years, and what really sets us apart is our team of dedicated service professionals. At Chain Electric, we invest in our people, and we give our linemen crews the training to make the safe decisions that get the job done.

I had the pleasure of meeting some really nice guys who were sent from your company, Chain Electric, by AT&T to remove a large pole that was leaning and could possibly have caused the wires to be damaged. The guy that had come by earlier in the morning before the big truck came, was so friendly and I didn't get his name, (wish I Had) lol, but had a good laugh with him. It was finished so quick. Thank you

Re: live wire on ground in residential neighborhood. Chain reps came out on 9 July 2021 Said they had the contract. Came out a few days after that, with trucks, but neighbor said they did nothing. Sent an email approximately the week of July 21, 2021. No response from that email. Called the following week and the only person I could get was someone that worked in the ITT department. Was told by this person, "The Manager" has your email and she will answer it soon.

Today is August 9, 2021 and we still have no feedback, phone calls, etc. Nada. Sorry to say I am now going to contact Fox 8 Live defender and see what kind of information they can received from Chain Electric or Entergy. We have been dealing with this for months. If Chain Electric as been given the contract from Entergy, why are they not doing anything?

Suggestion: if you're going to let your employees drive company trucks, maybe teach them to not cut across three lanes of traffic and drive 15 mph over the speed limit.

Avoid this ridiculous company if you are a hotel. They refuse to be accountable to their jobs in regard to getting a hotel paid on time, or at all. A certain young out of control employee named Elisha Salazar wiht their "payment company" Globeo will literally call your hotel screaming at you simply because you're calling their client Chain Electric in Hattiesburg MS to attempt to shore up proper payment. Horrible and strange people. Chain Electric employees literally put your number on a no answer list if they don't want to deal with paying a hotel properly. Cheats and liars.

Had one of your employees in a Ford F-250 pick up driving very irradically pass me on I-10 Mississipi around Biloxi at 5:45am. He seemed agitated as he was slamming on the brakes in front of semi trucks and flipping people off. Very unprofessional and doesn't make your company look very good to the public. You should counsel your employees on road rage before this behavior escalates any farther.

Amazing guys that work for this company. They pulled into Brevard County Florida to help restore power after hurricane Mathew. 24 hours a day I watched the tireless work that these guys performed. I spoke with a few and as tired as they were they pushed through non stop and restored all the power in Merritt Island Fl. Great professionalism. We could never thank you guys enough!

A crew has been in from of my house for 3 hour. they just told me they will turn off my power for about 4 hrs. They are STILL sitting in the truck wasting time doing nothing. This is totally unacceptable. I have entergy. They need to do the job and get out of here instead of inconviencing customers. This is Brandon Home Park 450 Overby #39 39042. I aM DISABLED AND SO ARE SEVERAL NEIGHBORS we need power for oxygen.
