Mike Borrego did an outstanding job! Very professional and knowledgeable on our system. He even showed up early and called ahead of time to make sure the time would work. I have always used Dayco for maintenance etc. on my HVAC System - I always will. Dayco couldn't be better to deal with from scheduling the appointment, communicating the time of arrival, and continuing right on through to the completion of work. Seth, was my most recent technician and I'm thankful he was. He performed the routine maintenance on our system, but because he is so thorough, he was able to diagnose and fix a problem I was noticing recently and in the past. he explained what was happening, took care of the issue, and offered up his recommendations for future maintenance. I was relieved. Thank you Seth and Dayco.

Jesus and Dayco were great! He was super mellow and soft spoken. He squeezed us in at the end of his day which we really appreciated. Our blower to the heating system went out and they were able to assess and give a quote within 24 hrs. They'll be out tomorrow to replace it with a new one. Highly recommend Dayco and their team! Arrived a little before scheduled time (which was great). He was very professional, introduced himself and was very personable. He did the maintenance efficiently and in the time he said he thought it would take him. Explained what steps he had taken and ask if I had any questions when he completed the routine maintenance. I had my home's air ducts system cleaned. Alan the Dayco technician did a good thorough job of cleaning the ducts and vents. I had Dayco install my system a few years ago and no matter if it's regular maintenance checks or something unexpected I can call and get a phone call response and they schedule me asap. Matthew was early, didn't mind our dogs begging for attention. He wore his mask all the time he was here. Dayco installed our HVAC a few years ago quickly and efficiently and we've used them for maintenance ever since. We recommend Dayco every chance we get. Today was a routine HVAC Maintenance and Matt did an outstanding job. Very thorough, informative and honest. I thought I needed a filter replaced, but he evaluated the filter and said it was in great shape and didn't need to be replaced. Most people would simply replace it regardless, and charge me for a filter I didn't need. Matt did just the opposite. I thanked him for that!
