They charged $69 to come to my house to estimate the work. I wanted them to replace 20 outlets and switches. Their estimate came out to be $1600. Needless to say I didn't use them. They wasted my entire morning from work. They kept trying to give me a sales pitch for other work I didn't want. Don't waste your time with that outfit

They sent a fellow out to bid the job $1700. Gave them down payment, 1/2 $938. Owner Jeff came out oh they way under bid this job. I supplied all of the necessities, also 5 trips to the 3 witnesses store in one day, oh we need this, oh we're sorry that was the wrong one, uh oh, we need 3 more, we're sorry, oh we're sorry that was the wrong thing, guy at the counter replied to me, Who in the world it's doing your work?
Oh them? My son and I fired them on camera and they kept coming back. My property states smile your on camera. I told them if it was going to be more than $1700 I had estimates from other companies I'd rather do the work. This company is deceptive, cheaters, and liars. Took them 5 months to replace 3 existing electrical panel boxes, and they failed inspections 3 times!
Plus they jacked the bill up to over $4,200.00 2 more witnesses Hmmmm is this a company you'd like to hire? Deep Electric don't hire then you'll be sorry! My freedomof doesn't and truth! It's all on video!

Wish I would have read these reviews before I called them. We had a terrible experience with this company and highly caution anyone from using them. I was told the same thing about the service call fee being applied towards the cost of the work. Their estimate for adding an exterior outlet was ridiculous. Frankly, we could tell from their attitude that they just didn't want to do it so they made it so high that we wouldn't hire them.
When we called to discuss it with their manager, he told us he still had to charge us the service fee but he'd make it up to us by letting us apply that fee to another job we needed done, but when we tried to get him to send someone out, he put us off and then became unresponsive. We finally gave up. These people are a ripoff; don't use them!

Please be carefull of this company, they will ripp you off. I recently called them for some minor electric problem at my house. I was told $69 for the service call and the tech will give diagnose and give me the estimate before proceeding. Once the tech came by the name of jeff who i think is the owner he tells me i have to pay $270 for him to diagnose the problem.
I threw him out of my house but i feel sorry for so many other people who paid $600 for one bad outlet or switch. Dont take my word for it read the reviews on google and Better business bureau, its full of people scammed by this company. I would give them 0 stars if possiblle
