On any given day, there are approximately 437,500 children in foster care in the United States. Most of these children are removed from their homes with little more than the clothes on their backs. In February, the proceeds and additional donations from Dixie Electric employees were used to purchase items to fill over 200 backpacks for children in foster care in Jones, Forrest, Wayne, Perry, and Clarke counties. These backpacks are used to inspire communities to bring dignity and hope to children in foster care.

I much prefer Dixie Electric to MS Power. Service is great and power outages are fixed quickly.

This is a GREAT power company. No outages since the tornado 4 years ago and only temporary then, even though the tornado ripped right through them. Also, I just paid my bill in the hottest month ever. it was $385.07. This is a large 2 story house with 2 air conditioners 21 years old. I am shut-in so there is one person at home 24/7. Plus this home is ALL ELECTRIC, no gas bill.

Been using them die years without much problem. Not that their is a choice on that matter, depending on where you live.

This is the crappiest power company ever. Random outages at all times. No storm needed. Just power up and goes off for no reason. Negative stars times a hundred
