Alex and the young man that came with him were absolutely awesome. Respectful and professional. They were just as concerned as getting my electric back on in my garage and saving the meat my freezer as I was. They are truly an assest to your business. The technician visited twice---once to remove a fixture, and the second time to install one. Was professional, courteous, , and on time on both visits. In February 2022 the power to my garage kept going on and off making it so the garage door would not open. After some research on different electric companies, I called Doctor Eletric. They had the most positive reviews. I am glad I did! They were able to come out the week I called and worked with me until we got the power restored to the garage. I was so impressed with them I had them replace/upgrade my 60 plus year old electrical panels and the meter. They answer all my questions, and everything works and looks great! I will use them for all my electrical needs in the future and would highly reckon them.

We've used Dr. Electric several times now - they are always prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. With the recommendation of a close friend, DOCTOR ELECTRIC was hired to perform a chandelier installation in my dining room. It is very easy to set up the time for install which was most convenient for my work schedule. They arrived early and notified me in advance that they were on their way. They protected my floors with booties and were very professional in describing the job and the cost estimate.

They did an excellent job installing a three tier chandelier with 400 crystals. Their work was timely. A shout out to Hannah in the office who did their scheduling and to Alex and his junior associate for doing such a wonderful job and being such professionals. I would strongly recommend them to any friend or neighbor.

I believe her name was Heidi, the receptionist, she was very sweet, professional and was able to get me in touch with the right technician, Mory, he was awesome, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue we had at our hotel and was in constant communication with me about trying to find our lights, although it was discontinued we plan on calling him back out soon to install the new LED fixtures we have to order from our hotel brand. It's not often you find a company that takes the time to make sure it's what YOU want and not what THEY can sell you. You guys are awesome . I recommend you guys 100%.

My outlet in the back of the house was not working. I had my hot tub plugged there and I was going away for the weekend. I needed someone urgently and this company came by in a couple of hours. Your tech today he was very informative, easy to understand through the entire process. Before he even started the job he let me know start up cost do I could get approval and he also said he would let me know of any additional cost if any before he would perform them. Elijah and Jeff came two days earlier than I expected! Wonderful. They were masked and wore booties and they really listened when I explained what I thought the problem was. They not only fixed this, but they found two other problems (within the original service fee), and fixed those as well. They were polite and personable. I may make them honorary grandsons!
