These guys are overprice and bunch of scammers, never sign up with them! They automatically renew without consent giving you no time to determine to stay with them or choose a better service (which there are a lot of out there). When you try to cancel they tell you that they'll contact your rep and you'll never get a call back. Save yourself lots of headaches any company is better than Allstream.
