I called first thing in the morning on 1/20/16 to request someone to take a look at a commercial outside light on our building. I was told they would contact me, as they had to find someone who was available. Never heard a word. Called back 1/21/16 and the woman who answered the phone told me "I never heard back from anyone." She then began asking me who originally installed the light and did I contact them. Way to turn away business! I told her not to bother. I will contact another electrician. One who wants business and services their customers properly.

This electrician was wonderful! Always on time, very fair quote and even gave me a discount for having some materials on hand. He did extra work that he wasn't able to quote and didn't charge me extra. Very polite, very professional and wonderful to work with. He will be my electrician for as long as I live in Ft Lauderdale! I highly recommend Percy!
