Genesis Electrical Service

We just had our first experience with Genesis and would highly recommend. With the Sub zero February temperatures, we had condensation form inside on the main feed, which caused water to drip on the panel and create issues with our top breaker / electricity in one room. I had to call early on a Sunday morning as my husband was working a 14 hour shift. Mike was awesome on the phone.

He took his time to talk me through the steps to see if we needed a Sunday call out, or if we could safely wait until regular business hours on Monday to avoid the Sunday surcharge. We decided it could wait until Monday, but he assured me I could contact him later in the day if things changed. He explained to me what to watch for. We scheduled a repair for first thing Monday morning.

Mark came for the repair. He was very polite and incredibly thorough. He explained what was happening, what the repair process would entail, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. We received excellent customer service and quality work at a fair price and in a great timeframe. It was reassuring to know I could handle this by myself as my husband was unavailable. I appreciate their patience and thoroughness. I would definitely recommend and will use in the future.

I've used genesis electric twice and it was a good experience both times. First was a new installation that looks awesome and works perfectly. Second was a repair call that turned out to have an easy fix and Mike was kind enough to walk me through everything.
