Guerrera replaced our old partial house generator with a new whole house Kohler system. The price was great and the installation team took out the old system and installed the new Kohler in one day. They explained all aspects of the installation and answered all my questions. Very professional and respectful of our house. They cleaned up when done and even vacuumed the basement floor on their way out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a backup generator system. Great to work with a professional and responsive organization.

MISERABLE experience-spare yourself & use another electrician! We used this company for a large job; the communication was unbelievably bad at every stage. The owner wanted a $2000 deposit before ever coming to our house. When their crew left early (missing a part) on installation day, he started harassing us for full payment & made our attempts to discuss installation issues impossible by screaming & bullying as a socially inept child might act.
The crew were fine & able to express themselves as adults & competent businesspeople; the owner was unable to do so at any time. The crew were embarrassed & apologized for the harsh & paranoid manner of the owner which we appreciated, but that did not make dealing with the abuse of this business owner in any way acceptable.

Called multiple people for generator maintenance service in my area none responded I stumbled across this company A little bit outside of my area. They were quick to respond, they actually wanted my business. When the service technician came out he was friendly, knowledgeable and excellent, took care of everything.
