Avoid. Did not fix my simple outlet issue. After I told Mark the problem wasn't resolved he would not work with me on the price even though I already paid in full. So he doesn't fix my issue, then tries to charge me again to fix the same issue. after I confronted him about it, he declined to come back. Terrible company ethics. Ironically, the person that recommended him said he had the same problem with Mark! Also, never came to my house, only sent his workers.

When owners of small companies do not show up at job sites, first sign of bad service. Side bar, he up charges dramatically for materials, do your homework. Find someone else, you've been informed, make the right decision.

I live out of state. I needed to update my panel. I contacted Mark for a quote. He quickly responded and was very accommodating because I was coming in town for a long weekend. He sent Richard and John over and got the job done. Very professional and accommodating. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend.

Excellent experience. I needed an electrician for my Mom. Super nice on the phone, got an appt the same day for the following day. The tech arrived early and I got a follow up call. I can't say enough about our experience since it so hard to find people one can trust. Reasonable prices, will recommend to all and hope they continue to prosper. Thank you Mark and John, you rock.

Let me just start by saying that this company really cares about its clients. Mark was very professional, very fair and most important very honest. I'm so thankful for what he did, he came on time fix my breaker problem and was very fair on price. You cannot go wrong with working with this company. Service: General repairs

We worked with JPEG based on positive reviews but were left very disappointed with the experience. We asked for a thermostat to be purchased and installed in a new home for a tenant. We were told the work was complete and they charged us over $200 for the part and labor. Turns out the job was never completed nor did we ever receive the thermostat.

I thought it was an honest error or misunderstanding and they would finish the work. JPEG instead issued a partial refund for $36 and we were out over $150. I had to find and pay another company to complete the job. Very unprofessional and fraudulent behavior from JPEG and I would not recommend their services. Update - Response to Owner's message Your invoice disproves everything you are saying here and it clearly shows that you charged me $200 for work that was never done.

I paid over $400 in your invoice and the only work done was the arc circuit breaker, which is not a "good deal". I am not in the business of making up missing thermostat stories. I also took your word when you sent me the invoice and told me the work was done. I understand errors happen, but the true measure of a company, the true measure of a person, is how they handle it. I stand by my word, and guess we're all ready to move on. Happy New Year to you too.

Mark is an exceptional Electrician. He shows up on time and finishes his work neat and clean. He even gives me an additional information regarding problem I had. I would highly recommend to use his service. You won't be disappointed. I will certainly recommend him to my friend and families!

Extremely professional from start to finish. I called to get my electrical panel changed at my house and they sent out one of there electricians who was friendly and able to complete the job quickly!
