Mark was fantastic! Cable company cut my underground electric cable. Hottest days in TX with 100 degree weather. I didn't want to use a big electric company but chose to use family owned and operated business. Best decision I ever made. Mark came right out, looked things over and gave an excellent estimate. He went above and beyond trying to deal with the electric company and the cable companies to get me up and running as soon as possible.

He checked on me multiple times a day as I had no AC in the Texas heat. He constantly contacted the cable company and electric company to get me fixed up. He has a customer for life. Thank you Mark for all you did for me and my family. I would recommend this company for all your electrical needs!

Logo Electrical Services is a phenomenal Company. Mark picked up the phone within a few rings and was able to come out and take care of my electrical problems early the very next day. Professional. On time service. Fair value. We needed to upgrade our old kitchen box lighting to LED, and Mark performed the retrofit. He went WAY out of his way to get specialty bulbs for us. I had an electrical problem in my main panel inside my home and used Logo Electrical for this issue. Mark the owner was just awesome. So when I had another electrical issue arise I knew just who to call. Mark is reliable, professional and his prices are very reasonable not to mention he is just a pleasure to talk to. Mark has no problem answering questions and explaining everything in detail to a tee.

I have never seen anybody have that kind of attention for detail as Mark does. His knowledge of his field of work really shows. I have used Logo Electrical now four times. The work Mark has done for me include, fixing my electrical panel, new power pole and box, whole house surge protector and changed out several breakers in the main box inside my house. Mark you are a life saver! You have a customer for life thank you!

We have called Logo Electrical Services on two recent circuit box problems, one of which was a dire emergency. The first occasion was a minor problem. I called Logo at 8:30 am; he said he would try to work me into his schedule that day. He called us early in the afternoon to let us know he was on the way. In a jiffy, he showed me how to fix the simple problem and only charged me $40 for the service call.

The second time I called Logo on a Friday afternoon around 5 pm because the heat went out on a very cold day and the circuit breaker would not switch back on. Logo came promptly at 8 am Saturday morning and discovered there was a short in the heating electrical system. The short was caused by improper wiring which in fact had melted one wire against another when I had to turn up the heat due to an internal house matter. Logo was able to temporarily fix the situation so that the heat would come back on for the weekend.

He advised me, however, that an expensive rewiring job needed to be done not only to prevent the problem from reoccurring, but also to prevent a potential electrical fire. He called me the following Monday with a price quote and did the job promptly two days later. By my experience, he certainly deserves the A+ rating he has with the Better Business Bureau.

He is prompt, friendly, courteous, professional and clearly explains to the electrically uninformed customer what needs to be done and how he will do it. My wife was also very pleased by his concern for her recently cleaned, light colored carpet. Without our asking, he spread his own drop cloth to make sure he did not track in dirt or mud on his frequent trips to and from the outside circuit box and the attic installed heating system.

Fast, professional, friendly and job well done. Bypass on hot water heater was installed incorrectly but Logo swooped in the next day and resolved quickly and at a great price. Will 100% use them again for any future electrical needs. Service: Installation

Over the years, I have used Mark for electrical jobs large and small. He has always been very responsive and thorough in making repairs or installations. He has installed landscape lighting, replaced our aging electrical panel, upgraded the lighting in our kitchen, and installed new fan/light/heaters in our bathrooms. He has even assisted us in negotiation on a claim we had with State Farm Insurance.

He has helped us bring our 60-year-old home more in line with existing building codes, improving our safety. He and his son, Mark, are a pleasure to deal with.neat and organized, too. I would highly recommend them.

Their services are performed with professionalism, courtesy and a little bit of humor. Prices are reasonable and projects are completed properly. I found Logo Electrical Services through a google search as my wife and I were looking for an electrician to hang a few antique chandeliers in our new home. These chandeliers have run in my wife's family for 2 generations and mean a great deal to her, thus I was selective about who I chose to handle them. To say we were pleased with Mark would be an absolute understatement.

He does incredible work! His confidence put us at ease and his experience in the field is more than evident. Before I found Mark, I got some quotes from other electricians who suggested making holes in the walls to run wires. Mark suggested a different technology which saved us the hassle of messing with the walls, which has be absolutely awesome. He is worth every penny and we are looking forward to using him again. Mark changed a GFCI outlet. He charged 1/2 what another electrician wanted to charge. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

Mark just left our home and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. His 40 years of experience certainly shows. He fixed light switches and bulbs that another electrician said we had to re-wire through the house to the non-working outdoor light fixtures. Nope, it was a matter of figuring out which switch went to which fixture or as we found, Christmas tree light plugs installed in the eves.

Mark installed a Ring doorbell for us and did a fantastic job. I could go on and on. We learned so much from Mark including something calle Kalvins, I will let you ask him what they are! He is a very nice man with a wealth of knowledge about electricity and very pragmatic. We will definitely have him back to do all our electrical work.

My house wasn't previously wired for exterior lighting so it made this job a little expensive but also very difficult it took Mark and his team two days to complete the job but we are very happy with the results highly recommended. Team is very courteous and clean. Will use again for some more projects

LOGO = NOGO - called this company on Tuesday (3/14) and have never received a return call. Classy. Just say "NO" to LOGO! If they can't even return a call, how can you trust them to do the job?

Highly recommend Logo Electric they came out quickly and fixed a huge problem within a few hours that others said would take a lot longer, thank you for your great service.

I wouldn't give one star but that's the only way I could comment called these people and I called because on the map it shows they are on the same exact road I live on 1774 and she said we don't service your area whatever not cool

I just had Mark from Logo Electrical install a lighting kit for my ceiling fan. He did a nice job. My ceiling fan now has lights. He was prompt courteous and competent. Logo is now on my go to list.

I didn't actually have work done by this company. I called them on a Wednesday morning about an overheated switch, they said they would check the schedule and get back to me. No call Wednesday. No call Thursday. I tried to call at 4:55 pm, but the office was closed. No call Friday so I called. They could come at 8:00 Monday morning. I asked for a later time, but there was no flexibility.

When I asked why they didn't call back, they said they had no one to do the scheduling. I thought this was unprofessional, so I located another company and cancelled my appointment with this one. They may do fine work, but I also want professional treatment.

Mark came out today on short notice and found a faulty plug that was causing our lights to be out in two rooms. He was fast and efficient, he even dealt with our home warranty company so that we would be reimbursed for the covered service. Happy with the service they provided. And I don't have to worry that my wiring is faulty and will cause a fire.

This is the second time I have used this company. Patrick Beacom is the electrician you should request. Our townhome has had several tripped circuits due to all the power surges in the area. Patrick installed a whole home surge protector today. It's got a great warranty, including 5 years for Logo's work. He also tightened up connections at the control panel.

I have used them numerous times over the past few years and been very happy with their work. Professional and they don't sell you stuff you don't need.
