Erica Valdez by far the greatest knowledgeable, friendly and reliable, she goes above and beyond to get the material on time everytime. Erica and her team have been doing an amazing job with every order we request, she acknowledge every order we send her out, sometimes we even send her orders past 5:00pm (the store closes at 5pm) and she still manages to get the order for the next day delivery, amazing, outstanding, phenomenal job!

Been going here for years now. They are on point with what I need. The kid David at the front counter always tries his hardest make sure I have everything I need before I leave. The new set up is really nice how ever parking sucks. I would give them five starts but they just painted the building. They painted over a classic black pebble finish and that is just a crime.

Dissatifactory - got wire strippers that were not needed and returned the next day unused and unopened to be told "no refunds on cash sales" which I informed the guy it was on my card and he said (with a smirk on his face) "oh yeah that includes card sales also" - SHADY!

That place is a joke. Most of them don't crap. Would never use them! The ppl running it don't know how to treat employees or customers. Look at other companies. Stay away!

My first overall experience was apprehensive, at best. Being in business for over thirty five years has given me a standard that I hold my suppliers up to. My overall experience with not only the company but my new salesperson, Dan Feinberg, was amazing. He not only followed through with lighting and switchgear quotes, but assisted in finding a specialty company to build special mounting brackets for a large sign job, downtown. When we start the project, it will be with a new association and work team. Thanks to all that assisted in my experience.

Customer service was very good. I spoke to Rudy which was very diligent helping me find what I was looking for. I had been calling other supply stores and most would try to be helpful, but would end up taking my number and not calling back. I'm very happy to know they are close by, which makes it easy for future needs. Thank you!
