Straight forward company. Get in where you fit in or go work at McDonald's. There's a business to be run, and they run it well. Pay is by skills/knowledge. AS IT SHOULD BE! Don't bash a company because you're a sorry worker or can't hang

Never mind working with these guys if you haul flatbed freight. The last guy at this company who had the loads was on the take with the broker (GBG).it appears the next guy is too! Too bad that broker will be out of business by end of year!

Worst shop I've ever worked. Employees are always oppressed. The manager fired a coworker for speaking up and standing up for himself. A true reign of terror. I've been threatened with my job simply because i did not want to go to 2nd shift. The pay is worthless. They don't pay holidays and you must bring or buy all your own tools. No boot discounts no bonuses no appreciation of the employees.

The union does nothing to fix this yet if we do not comply with the monthly dues we can not work there because it is a union based employer. Rumor is that the only reason they have the union is to allow the field welders to go into the refineries. An employer union not a union for the people
