Had to wait for UPS man to deliver part over night I arrived several hours early but did not want to take a long drive back and forth but nick from the front office was kind and helpful even checked up on me now and then to see if I need any thing Awsome experience

Bought a contactor and auxiliary switch and specifically asked for a 24 V coil. The sells rep had no clue what I was even talking about after several minutes of explaining I thought he understood and bought the contactor he gave me. It turned out he gave me a contactor with a 200 - 240 V coil. Even though I was told I could bring it back if it did not work and it was unused.

They refused to take it back They refused to take it back the next day with the excuses like Alan Bradley are very picky about returns, and I wrote mid coast on the box. Forget this place total Jerks!

Great place. Lots of allen bradley equipment on hand. If they don't have it they can get it pretty quick. They also have a good technical resource in house for troubleshooting, planning, and all around general info.
