We are committed to following a process that ensures you receive a fair and accurate estimate, followed by on-time completion of your project with high-quality workmanship and materials. After you review the proposal, we ask you to sign and return it. If changes in the project scope need to be discussed, we will modify the proposal accordingly.
Over our 20 years of operation, Mission Valley Electric has developed the project planning expertise which enables us to execute large, complex projects with minimal to no disruption to customers ongoing business manufacturing operations. As one of the largest Printing and Mailing companies in the Bay Area, we can not afford downtime due to mechanical and electrical issues.
We never charge for providing an estimate for your project. We like to visit each project site to discuss the details with the customer. It is not always possible to completely evaluate a project scope with only a phone conversation, and visiting the job site is the best way to gather accurate information.

We called Mission Valley Electric on Thursday, November 19th 2020. They said they would call the tenant next day to do the repairs needed. Called again on Monday morning, November 23rd to get an update, they said they still haven't contacted the tenant to fix the problem. I was promised by the manager, Tracy, they would call within an hour. An hour passed by and again they did not call.

I called a third time, Tracy promised that they would message Fernando the technician. I called them a fourth time just to hear excuses. At that time I said "we do not need your services anymore". Their excuse is that they are a "message center" and not the actual technician. I asked "why you do not contact the technician directly?" She said they only communicate through messages.

They actually do not care. I called another company in San Jose and made an appointment in less than five minutes. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing. Therefore, if you need someone reliable, do not contact them.
