With experience in the maintenance of office/administrative buildings, supermarkets, warehouses, restaurants, shopping malls, retail stores, residential apartments, co-generation plants, hospitals, Institutes of Higher Education and pharmaceutical facilities, we have the ability to successfully handle the demands of all jobs, large and small.
Jamie Golub joined Modern Electric Co. in 2010 as an Electrical Apprentice under the IBEW Local Union 164 Apprenticeship Program. He learned the industry working in the field and gained much of his electrical experience from his father, Alan Golub. In 2015, Jamie obtained his NJ Electrical License and became more involved in the day to day operations of Modern Electric Co., along with estimating, project management and service work.
Modern Electric Co. began in 1929 as an Electrical Repair Shop in West New York, New Jersey. Over the ensuing three generations, this family-run business has grown into one of the most respected full service Electrical Contracting companies in New Jersey. Our goal is for everyone who works with us to go home in the same condition they arrived in at work that day. Our approach to safety includes OSHA 10 and 30 hour training for our Foremen.
