Took my wife's car to troubleshoot an airbag light and for $200 was told the passenger seat sensor was bad. $1000 quote to fix. When I scheduled the repair a couple months later, they said the part was no longer made by the factory. Poor customer service as they offered no suggestions, no help, pretty much just you're SOL. I ended up getting a whole seat on ebay for half the price of the quote and it took about 20 minutes to change out myself. This place is overpriced and not helpful at all.

Not very helpful, just wanted to charge me 120/hr to explore, no advice, no help just let us work on it for an undetermined amount of time at an outrageous cost. If you have problems with your vehicle, read the online forums and fix it your self. Save your self a LOT of money.

Very good experience at Murray auto! I would recommend Murray Auto. every technician is very nice, polite and helpful! everytime I have a problem with my intoxalock device they help me with it that day (once I'm on their calendar) obviously. while I'm inside, even after I've been helped, every single technician asks if I need anything or if I'm being helped already. if you need to get an ignition interlock device i would recommend Murray Auto everytime!
