I called asking for a simple in-house light fixture replacement. The admin's response was "We aren't taking any new residential jobs right now." I am sure their quality of work is fine, but that answer is absurd. The admin did not lift a finger to refer me to anyone else, to let me know a future time where they will take residential jobs and overall she showed zero desire to help me get my problem solved.
Their customer service absolutely nil. I am sure it is because they have tons of work and have a right to refuse service, but at least make the tiniest effort to help the customer find another service provider. Is that too hard?
