Laura and Paul are amazing. They helped with my home warranty and got a new electrical panel and meter. I am still waiting on city to come check it for safety, but Paul was very knowledgeable Laura took the time to make sure we were satisfied. If city says it's unsafe, then I am sure they will go out if their way to make it right.

This is the second time we have used Ohio Electric Services and they have always been prompt, professional and reasonable. We had them install a light fixture in our living room where there had never been one, meaning they had to get up in the attic and cut for the new fixture and run new wiring in our old house. They did not waste any time and had it done and done well much quicker than I expected. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for any electrical work done.

Ohio Electric provided prompt, thorough and professional service. Technician Shawn, explained all the work and made sure the install functioned properly prior to leaving. He also vacuumed to leave the area perfect before leaving. Ms Laura, provided excellent, kind, professional and polite phone service, before and after the work. I was experiencing intermittent power outages and had one guy from another company come out and said there was no problem and left. I then called Ohio Electric Services and they had a technician come out the next day. Sean was able to find the issue and fix it rather quickly! During the process he made sure to show me what he was doing to fix it so if the issue happens in another part of the home i can fix it myself. Everyone I interacted with at the company was very knowledgable and friendly as well as up front about the cost. I would definitely suggest them in the future!
