Installed breaker for my new tank-less water heater. seems good job, although haven't got a plumber here to finish the job yet. (Seems they are impossible to get!) However, they promised to provide quotes on a couple of other jobs I have yet (over a month later) to receive. So, 4 stars instead of 5.

Had 3 companies come out to provide a price quote for a Panel replacement and running 2 external outlets. Pingston was the only company to require payment for estimate ($89). Their estimate was for all the same items as the other two companies but was nearly double the other quotes (prior two quotes were around $2,200 while Pingston was charging $4,300).
I told the estimator that it was pretty much double and therefor would not be considered. He seemed surprised and said he would inform his boss. No one ever called to attempt to provide a more completive offer. The other two estimates were from large companies with a high Review rating. I see no justification for their high price and was out $89 just to receive a bid that was laughably high.

From the estimate process through the completed work, from the receptionist through the technicians, this company is amazing! The technicians were friendly, professional, courteous and efficient. They arrived when scheduled and worked fast and precisely to finish the job. I received an estimate to install outlets on a switch above my kitchen cabinets and install an outlet in a closet for an internet switch.
While installing the kitchen outlets they walked around the kitchen to be sure the outlets would be hidden from view. Something I had not even considered, but I greatly appreciate the attention to detail. They cleaned up after they finished and even replaced my decorations. We will definitely recommend Pingston Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done!

My insurance company told me that I had to remove aluminum wiring from my house or else they would drop my policy. I contacted a couple other electricians, and they didn't have the resources or desire to do this work. I called Pingston Electric and was connected directly to John Pingston to review my needs. He scheduled a crew to be at my house the following week and he prepared me for the potential scale and possible home disruption.
The 2 man crew came in and completed the work in a single day without destroying the drywall or ceiling. They went out of their way to make sure the power disruption didn't impact my work-at-home network and it ended up being thousands less than expected. I understand that every house is different, and you might need more significant rewiring, but they were upfront and honest. Everything just worked out great for my house. Thanks Pingston.

From the first phone call until signing and paying the bill you can feel the professionalism throughout the process. As a retired electrician I knew I hired the right company just from meeting the owner. I was able to watch the work performed and was not disappointed at all with the quality and care with which the work was done. Highly recommend using Pingston for any and all projects big or small. Affordable prices and great customer service! Recently purchased an older home in Satellite Beach that needed a lot of updates. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable and informative during his visits. He does great quality work and was very professional. Despite being busy after storm Irma they were able to schedule us no problem. We will definitely be using these guys for any future work!

I bought the parts & Chuck replaced 3 exhaust fans and installed timers for them. He is the kind of guy you would like to live next door to. Bonus-the screw slots on the face plates were parallel! All the good customer service words you can think of.

RAVE REVIEWS here! I called this morning to see if I could get a technician out to my Mel Beach home today to troubleshoot my breaker switch for my hot water heater. I had already had a plumber replace heating elements and thermostats and my breaker was continuously tripping. Chuck was dispatched same day, showed up on time and with a friendly smile.
