I am super appreciative of Remedy Electric. While electricians were giving me up to a week in order to take a look at a breaker that kept on tripping, Remedy Electric was able to squeeze me into their schedule and gave me a next day appointment. The electrician that arrived was super knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to me the issue, brought the new breaker switch and installed it in 15 mins.

I subtracted a star because I felt like the price was more than what other companies were quoting me. But that was completely worth it since they arrived so quickly. So if you need a job done quickly or have an electrical emergency, Remedy Electric can definitely help. Just know that you will have to pay a little extra, but that was well worth it for us.

Called Remedy Electric to come out to install EV charger. They went above and beyond to get the install for me. Turns out the home builder definitely made sure it was hard for them to do so. They were up for the challenge and installed the plug, on the side I wanted it to be, in my garage. Thank you Remedy Electric.

Our outdoor lights were not working and had a short we couldn't figure out. Remedy came out same! day! and quickly worked to diagnose and fix the problem: squirrels in our garage attic had chewed through wiring. Not only did Michael fix the problem but he did it quickly and while answering all our dumb questions along the way. Didn't give up until he found the source of the problem. 10/10 would use again and recommend! Top notch service!

We had a Great experience with Remedy. Everything from booking the appointment, to updates on the way, to explaining what the job entailed, performing the job, cleaning up after, and their costs were very reasonable.

Our power started to act up today and we couldn't find an electrician anywhere that would actually show up. We have a newborn baby and really needed to figure something out quickly. Michael with no questions asked got to our house in less than 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and will make the final repair tomorrow. I'm leaving a 5 star review simply due to the professionalism displayed by this company.

Michael and another gentleman came out to our home and installed a couple new light fixtures along with a new light switch. They were on time, kind and very professional! Called about a malfunctioning hot water heater to eliminate electrical issues. Very efficient scheduling and up-front cost analysis. Plus, within about 5 minutes of arriving, the problem was diagnosed as the water heater not the breaker which had been tripping. Then because Kevin had worked in water heater repair he told me it was probably the elements and it was an easy fix that he talked me through. $85 in parts and we had hot water in an hour. Highly recommend the team and really appreciate that Kevin went above and beyond to help me fix the problem.

Showed up on time and was done quickly with what they must have considered a small job installing a new fixture in the bathroom. They were very professional and reasonably priced.

Remedy Electric came out to our house to repair an issue that came up on an inspection report for the sale of our home. They came out within 3 hours of my call to the office. The electricians took care of the issue very quickly and the cost was below my expectations. Very professional. I would definitely call them again for my electrical needs.

We used Remedy Electric to upgrade some recessed lighting fixtures. They were very responsive in accommodating the time frame we requested for an appointment and they actually showed up exactly on time for the appointment. They were extremely courteous and contentious from a personal standpoint and very knowledgeable and professional in the work they did. I would highly recommend Remedy to any of my friends or family.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Michael and his Dad. I love that this is a family owned company I never felt like I was working with a business. Michael came out to give us a quote and it honestly felt like a nice visit. The next day his Dad came out ( I wish I could recall his name ) to put in a 30 AMP RV plug for us. He was the nicest man and we really enjoyed visiting with him.

He got everything finished quickly and beautifully. His handiwork is truly impressive and the price was fair. I will only be using them for all of our electrical needs. Highly recommend!

We found Remedy electric to be very reliable and cost effective in doing some upgrades for us. We had worked with another local company a couple of months ago and they missed their appointment and when they finally did show up to do the work we got a extremely high bill. I would not use them again but we will definitely use Remedy again.

Remedy Electric is a family business who treats you like family. They were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and performed excellent work. The price was fair and I feel confident the job was done right by honest people.

Kevin was able to find our electrical issue and take care of it immediately. He did not try to create more work or would not leave until everything was working properly and we were fully satisfied. I thought we would need a new circuit breaker, but that wasn't the case and he troubleshoot the issue and took care of it right away. No new breaker! Yeah!

My first choice was Startech Electric, but they were very busy and could not get to us for a least a week. I asked them to recommend another company that could come out immediately and they recommended "Remedy Electric". Whew! Not only did he fix our electrical issue he listened to my other electrical issues and offered his recommendations. We LOVE THE NEW LIGHTS in our closet. Thanks for replacing them. Now I have two GOOD ELECTRICAL COMPANIES TO CHOOSE FROM. UM, this will be hard. However, I highly recommend "Remedy Electric", they work FAST and was on-time with their appointment.

The lights in my house were flickering intermittently so I called Remedy to come out to take a look. I had already had the power company out to confirm that everything was ok on their side and COA power said their side was fine. When the guys came out they were friendly and knowledgable. After a good bit of troubleshooting, they found a few small issues in my electrical panel that they quickly tighten up but couldn't' find anything in the house that could be causing the flickering.

They said that the issue had to be on the power companies side and told me exactly what to say when I called COA to have them come back out. Sure enough, when COA came back out they found a major issue at the street and it was exactly what Remedy thought it was. Their pricing is reasonable and their service is excelent. I will be recomending them to anyone that needs a quality electrician.

I originally had someone else come out to check on my electrical issue (closer to my area). It took them weeks coming back and forth sending several electricians to check out my electrical outage before they just told me to call someone else because they would not be able to find the problem. Remedy Electric was contacted and as I was explaining my issue, Kevin thought he may know what issue could be.

He came out a few days later and set out a plan. He came back a week later (after the parts arrived), and replaced bad parts and the issue was fixed! I am so happy it is fixed and could have been fixed sooner, had I called Remedy Electric right away! I just can't get over how the first company sent 3 different electricians and they could never figure out what to do, and Kevin pretty much knew what was going on over the phone! Reasonably priced. The guys that showed up were on time, well mannered and very professional. I would definitely call them again and recommend.

Used Remedy to 1) install 3 pendant lights over our bar, 2) install a Ring doorbell, 3) install 2 new garage LED flood lights, & 4) lower a hallway smoke detector installed way above maintenance height to a maintenance height that can be reached to replace the batteries. They were thorough, courteous, helpful on selection of appliances, honest, on time, & fair on pricing! We have used them before on several electrical issues. We've always been satisfied. If only I could give 10 stars! I had a bit of a scary breaker situation and had called several companies to come out. Most didn't call back and one told me they wouldn't touch it, that it was too big of a job for him to do today, but that it needed to be fixed immediately (thanks, guy. Super helpful.) You can imagine my state of mind when Michael called me back and said he would make it out to me today.

He showed up when he said he would, was quick to diagnose the problem (which wasn't nearly as frightening as that other guy made it out to be), very professional and super polite on top of it all. HIGHLY recommend Remedy Electric. These are my go-to guys from now on. Thank you, Michael!

My breakers caught fire, had no A/C (in June), so I looked on Yelp and had a work around for the AC and code-compliant breaker box the next morning! Diagnosis was as expected, work completed quickly and efficiently by Jason. Finally, I have found reliable service!

I was having problems with a breaker always tripping. It was a major one, 60amp to my entire sub-panel and it would trip multiple times per day. Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Remedy Electric in Lakeway for some great work recently completed at our home. We installed a charger for our car and a whole house surge protector. They were very courteous, friendly, and worked hard to not wake up our 18mth old. Even better, I asked for bids from a few electricians, and Remedy was 60% lower than one of the bids I received and was the best overall. Highly recommend.

I'm about the cheapest person ever, I'll admit it. And these guys are definitely NOT the cheapest by a long shot. So why four stars? They're just so gosh darn nice and knowledgeable. I actually feel like they know what they're doing and not trying to swindle me. They show up when they say they will, they fix what needs fixing and tell you when something is frivolous. I'd rather have my electrical done right the first time and pay a little more for it than worry about some fly by night cheap operation. Highly recommended!

A couple weeks ago my upstairs sink overflowed and leaked through the floor and set off the smoke detectors. We were able to clean up the water and turn off the smoke detectors but I was concerned there might have been damage to the wiring that could cause a hazard. I called a few other companies that had been recommended and even though I told them I was worried this was a potential fire hazard, they were all just too busy to get someone out quickly.

One said they could get someone out on the following Tuesday, another said they could get someone out in two weeks (!) and another literally just called me back a couple of days ago. I finally (thankfully!) called Remedy and Teresa immediately recognized that this was an issue that needed to be checked out sooner rather than later. Like all the other companies, the Remedy electricians were very busy, but she reworked the schedule of one of her electricians and got him out within a couple of hours.

He quickly diagnosed that the damage was only to the smoke detector, which was a relief, and also discovered that four of the six smoke detectors weren't connected to the system at all (we had just moved into the house and weren't aware), so he took care of that too. I would absolutely call Remedy again.

They installed 2 ceiling fans, and outside light, an outside outlet and a couple of other lights inside. They came promptly and provided a bid for the initial services that we wanted - ceiling fans and outside light. Between the bid and the job we decided that we needed a few other things done in our aging house. When the team arrived as scheduled they promptly completed the planned work and then did the additional work on a time & materials basis. We were very pleased with the work.

Remedy Electric promptly responded to my request to Service Magic and dispatched an electrician the same day to check my ailing ceiling fan, which was found to be beyond repair. The Remedy Electric representative returned a few days later to install a new ceiling fan and also found and repaired a defective air conditioning duct. I am extremely satisfied with the prompt, courteous and professional service provided by Remedy Electric.

He took time to explain procedure, spent additional time to cover wire excellent work very personable.
