Always excellent customer service from the office staff to technicians. They have never failed to step up to solve any issues be it tv cable or internet. I don't know very many companies who offer such consistently great service.

Internet has been down since 7pm. Waited for a rep to pick up, (took 45 minutes) they transferred me and I finally gave up after waiting until 9pm. Wish they had real 24 hour support UPDATE 1: called at 9:30 am (when they open) after I confirmed the issue is THEIR modem they can't send a tech out until the next day at the earliest. Requested to speak with a manager apparently they will call me back (I'm not hopeful).

Now I'm without online access for 24+ hours while I work from home. GREAT! UPDATE 2: Same rep called back but management approved a tech to come out today. Kudos for them following up quickly. UPDATE 3: Technician came out, very quickly and resolved issue. Apparently just unplugging power from wall isn't good enough. Also unplug from router and modem for full reset. Went from 1 star to 3 stars only because I wish they had 24/7 support like this.

Worst internet service and even worse customer service. I would give NO stars if Google would let me. Multiple outages each year. Given the runaround by customer service each time. And each time repairs ended up being needed on their lines across the street. Each time they tell us it is our modem and each time turns out they are wrong. Terrible company.

Cannot get a tech out to lock and secure their box that is on our property. Called twice and nothing has been resolved. That is an issue for our entire neighborhood. Just had an issue when the kids were playing and realized they could take the top off.

One star is too many! Cable has been out for 5 days. We had a tech out who spent two hours attempting to fix the issue. Left the house saying they would leave notes in the computer. Called to see what was going on and have someone come out.no notes in the computer and told they aren't supposed to leave a customer without cable. Was told they would make every attempt at after hours service and that someone would call back.

Guess what.no call back and still NO cable. I'm guessing if I deduct every day without cable from my bill that will get someone to call me? If you have another option you may want to choose it!

Let's be honest, the only reason they're still in business is because they're the only ISP that services this area. Not only was I receiving another person's bill, the prices are very much through the roof, you have a 50/50 chance of getting a CSR with some decency and apparently, you have to jump through hoops to enable WPS or go out and purchase a cable wire to connect a device that doesn't have a screen, aka my PRINTER. I believe if enough people call to Xfinity, Verizon, etc. they'll rethink about serving this area.

I had internet and cable installed and two days later kept having issues. I finally called a week later and that same day a tech came out to the house and fixed the issue. The tech was very professional and explained everything to me. When I called customer service the young lady was so sweet and helpful. I didn't call right away, that was my fault but she took care of the issue as soon as I called. That same day. I have never experienced this level of customer service! Changing to this company has to be the best decision yet!

We were worried when moving here about the limited availability of options, but we went with Service Electric despite some of the reviews I've seen on here. In the age of streaming. if you go cheap, you get lousy playback. We're a 4 person household with six computers, three iphones, three smart TVs and a slew of streaming apps - we purchased the 500MG internet and haven't had any problems.

Recently upgraded to their Plume whole-home WiFi because we live in a townhome and metal ductwork interferes with most retail WiFi signal extenders. Do not regret going with SECV.

Legitimately one of the worst ISPs on the planet. Constantly disconnects, slow internet, bad and slow customer service. You will be absolutely scammed with how much they charge you for poor quality internet service. Once the contract with service electric I will be changing providers within the first hour. Absolutely disgusting

All I am trying to do is set up a new service with them. The first mistake was when they contacted the wrong house number to see when they would disconnect service. And second, after multiple attempts of finally trying to set the service up, they are saying they are not getting our agreement back. I don't even have an account with service electric yet and they are already a headache.
