I tried to hire these guys to install a generator at my house. I took a morning off from work, met their electrician at my home and went through all of the details with him. All in all, a positive experience meeting with their guy - he seemed very professional, personable, and knowledgable. He asked me to email him so that he'd have my email address for the quote.
I did - he responded saying thanks, and that was the last I ever heard from them. No quote, no follow-up, nothing. I've no idea what kind of work this company does in terms of quality, but I took a morning off from work to meet them, and after that they never bothered getting back to me - which is extremely unprofessional. I ended up getting a generator installed from their competition at a great price with no problems.
