Power is constantly going out. Could be a bright sunny day, or they decide to do maintenance in the middle of winter so you freeze for 6 hrs. How about when they've doubled their rates and your whole house is on electric so now you're paying $500 a month. Won't even come out to see if you have a bad line that's drawing it. It's not their problem. Whole thing of a co-OP is great is a sham.
