Very professional and clean and working there were hiring guys that knew what they were doing

After being referred to Sun Electric from an in-law that had been using them for years, I now understand why. As a result of a corporate relocation it became necessary for me to freshen up an existing home, and to improve a recent purchase after an inspection. Both times I used Sun Electric. They were and have been my first choice now for the past 5 years.

There is no one else I will trust for electrical work. The process from scheduling an appointment for the estimate, to the acceptance of the bid, to the completion of the work, all was seemless, painless, straightforward, and transparent. The final price was right inline with the estimate and there was no effort to push or upsell unnecessary work.

Sure there were items presented for consideration, out of safety and home improvement value, but they came with explanations that allowed me to make an educated decision. The workers were curious, efficient, and did an excellent job explaining the completed work. There is no one else for me when it comes to electrical work! (FYI, my work was completed on a newly inquired residence in the Los Angeles area, that will become a retirement home. I'm currently residing in Texas)

I had a job done by Sun Electric a couple days ago and the customer service was great. The electricians were very professional, they came prepared with their tools and masks. They installed an electrical socket, light switches, had everything cleaned up, and were done within an hour. I highly recommend their service.

I have used Sun Electric for several years and they are phenomenal. They are always easy to schedule, show up on time, and do excellent work; I've never had a negative experience. I manage several rental properties and my tenants are always impressed with their friendliness, cleanliness and the overall quality of the job they do. They're simply the best - I highly recommend working with them!

Had some work done at home. I am really happy with the job performed. The job was done in a near and quick manner and have had no problems it. Plus Sandy was very polite and knowledgeable when I called to schedule my appointment.

Sun electric came out to installed a celling fan in my home. They come out at 9:30 perfectly on time installed the fan in the bedroom. the job was done excellent and the fan works fine it was reinforced in the addict done the right way. Sure its $115 an hour.per worker! I pride myself on researching before investing and went with partial electricity for a week to find an honest electrician. But these guys pulled a new one. Be warned! Edison had been to my house and I knew the EXACT part I needed. Big help. After checking reviews, location, prices, and everything I could, I settled on Sun Electric.

They quoted $115 an hour. Not great. Not terrible, so OK. 2 guys show up to check and measure one day, do main work next business day (about two hours). All fixed as promised. "They'll bill you!," says one of the repairmen jovially. Wow! OK, either these guys are great or I got a surprise coming. it was the latter. After calling Sun and confirming the cost of the part ($98), I figure I had another $400 -give or take- on top of that to pay when the bill hit.

Then 3 weeks passed and no bill. I called. "It's coming.' Another week or two, finally, here's the bill: $968! WHHAAAAATTTY?! Those sly dogs at Sun Electric charge $115 an hour all right. Conveniently NOT mentioned, is $115 PER WORKER. 2 workers=$230 an hour. 3 repairmen $345 per hour. You get the picture. So that's a new one I'll have to watch for. And if I hadn't gotten the parts price in advance - who knows?! Be warned!

What a wonderful experience - from the office to the service. They showed up when promised and Scott fixed our breaker and some other items. He was friendly and explained what needed to be done. I could not give a higher recommendation.

It is so great when you find a trades person that you feel confident about. Sun Electric has been great the couple of times I have had them do work. They make sure they fully understand the work you need done before they come out so they can make sure they have the supplies they will need. They arrive when they say they will and efficiently complete the work.
