Sure-Fire Inc. is Dodge County's largest heating and air conditioning contractor, founded in 1947 by Emil Malesevich. Our mission then, as it remains today, is to provide only the highest quality heating and air conditioning systems and service to the area. Emil recognized back in 1947, that away from the larger metropolitan areas, finding a knowledgeable heating contractor was next to impossible.

We had a cracked heat exchanger and needed to replace our furnace ASAP since we were unable to use it due to CO poisoning risk. We called sure-fire and Tom was able to give us a thorough estimate and explained all the furnace options over the phone at 3 PM. By noon the next day, we had a brand new furnace and thermostat installed. The installation guys were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, again!

Super prompt service and response time. Our technician was polite, professional, knowledgeable, explained everything and had our AC up in running in about an hour. When it's 92 degrees you're very thankful. I liked the online service request form as our outage happened after hours. We got a call first thing in the morning and all repairs were done by 9am.

Our furnace was out when we came home Saturday night. We called Sure Fire, got answering service. They said we would be called shortly. No one called. I called Sunday morning. I was told by the answering service that if I did not receive a return call in 30 minutes to call back. An hour and a half later, still no call. I called again and finally got a call back.
He came Monday and said we should consider a new furnace and that Tom would call us today about it. Remember, we have no working furnace. As of 4:30PM, no call from Tom or anyone at Sure Fire. I called their office. I got the answering service again.

Steve has been out to my home for cleanings, both for the furnace and AC. He is very patient when answering all my questions. I always learn something new about my major appliances. Sure-Fire provides professional and punctual employees that take their job seriously. Rick came out to my house to make repairs/maintenance on our HVAC and the entire experience was outstanding. No B.S., just upfront honesty. Brian (Manager) and Rick listen to their clients concerns/issues and provide educated remedies to get the job completed at a reasonable price. I have a crawl space to get into my attic. The air conditioning unit is installed in the attic. Needless to say I had two separate problems happen this spring. Sure Fire responded to my request for help. Rob the technician crawled up into the hot attic and fixed the problems. I am sure he was uncomfortable working in those condition. He was courteous, efficient, and fixed the problems with no complaints. I would highly recommend Rob for service on your air conditioner or furnace.

We were told they would arrive at 8. When I left the house at 820, the technician still had not arrived. They called at 840 to say I was not available. When I informed them nobody was there at 820, they stated they were running late. When I informed them doors were unlocked and note explaining how to reach me, they stated they didn't check basement door. Invoice states they left at 1130 but my husband arrived at 1030 and they were leaving. Told my husband never to call them again. Update--Casey called and stated he would discuss customer service with his employees and to contact if technicians are running late. Furnace problem was repaired favorably and satisfied with quality of work.

I have a boiler from the stone ages. It is as big as a sumarine and I am not joking. Surefire has been able to maintain this beast and did an excellent job replacing the pump a few years back. Their fixes reduced our energy bills and with the suggestion of a thermostat we were even able to further reduce our energy costs. No Complaints here.
