I had an emergency where my (extremely heavy) dining room light fixture fell and was hanging by a live wire, during dinner. We had a very small project in our new home. I contacted someone through Home Advisors, but they never got back to me. I then went to google and found Shure Line. They made it very simple to get a technician out here. Our project was completed in about 1/2 hour, and the rate was what was quoted. From the Bonnie and Kim in the office, to Marcus who scheduled our appointment without a long wait period.and finally our electrician who came out at the scheduled time.it was a pleasurable experience which is a rare feeling when you build a house with many problems.
