Critical: Responsiveness I was looking to have solar panels installed. I called twice in a month and spoke to the receptionist who took my information. She said someone would call me back. They never did. Would you trust them with wiring your house if they don't even take the time to call a potential customer? I guess I'll go with Tesla.

Towles electric was recommended by Dover pools to have the electric installed for my above ground pool. They came out and did a free quote which they emailed to me two days later. I felt like the price might be a little high but to be honest I don't know the going rate for this job. I was more worried about getting the job done right than penny pinching so I went with them.
They came out despite it being a rainy day and installed my electric for me and had an inspector come out the next day to pass everything. They installed exactly what I wanted and all the work looks good. I really like the timer installed inside my garage as well. They were friendly and answered all my questions.

I had a problem with outages of outlets in living room and dining room following a storm. The first two local electricians could not help me because they were too busy. I called Towles Electric and the person I talked to immediately put me on the schedule for three days later. Mark and Dylan showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (broken breaker).
I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism - so much so that I also had them install a house surge protector. I am very pleased with Towles Electric and would recommend them for any electrical work you may need done.

Last week I had an emergency in that the electric circuit at home which my WiFi is on went down. At the time I had a work project due later that afternoon so an internet connection was critical. I placed a call to Mr. Sebastian and he had one of his great guys over at my home within 2 hours. Next they'll be installing a new electrical box since my home is about 40 years old.
At any rate, I've been acquainted with the owner, Mr. Sebastian for some years and I can say that he's is a high character individual. Folks, Nick Sebastian is one of the good guys and you can trust him. I highly recommend his company if you need electrical service work.

Very Professional. They wired my enclosed Gazebo for an entrance light, outlets, fridge, tv, Portable AC unit, heater, fan with light and an outlet to turn on and off party lights. I also had them install a main breaker panel outside under my deck to include wiring my hot tub and extra wall outlets on my deck. First rate. I'd give Nick and his crew more stars if it was possible. Nick came to look at the job to give me an estimate (arrived early) and took detailed notes which was reflected in his written estimate. His crew came on the date he said, arriving on time. They were polite, courteous, very professional and cleaned up when they left, EACH TIME.
My rule of thumb is to always get three estimates, Towles was right in the middle. They will definitely be getting repeat business from me. We're new to the area, .glad we found an electric contractor this good the first time.
