I had a great experience with Wellington Electric from the minute i called the receptionist all the way untilthe job was done. Woke up to an electrical emergency in my house. Looked up the nearest electrician so I called them and within minutes they had a technician in my house inspecting the damaged wires. My issue was fixed within 2 hours, they did a very clean job, the technician was very friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable. Great experience over all!

We recommend Wellington Electric for all of your home electric repairs/additions. We had some lights that were not functioning properly and they repaired them. Also had them install an outdoor outlet and had them add a light to a hallway that needed more lighting. They were prompt, friendly, and what I loved is that they also cleaned up the areas they drilled. They are thorough and will ensure they give you options to see what lighting you prefer.

I have used this company many years ago and was a satisfied customer. I called this company back in June, had a breaker tripping in one room, tech came out 2 times and and could not figure out problem. Paid $ 90 for this. They said don't know what the problem is, and owner was to get back to me! A month later problem still exists and no call back from owner. Poor customer service. Disappointed customer.

We have dealt with Wellington Electric for many years and have been very happy however we just had some work done and the price ended up being way over what we'd been told by the person who here a week or so ago. When I asked why they said well we didn't have a written estimate however we took their word since we have known them a long time. Sad to say we won't be using them again. I don't mind a little over but not a huge amount

I've lived in Wellington for 32 years and have always used Wellington Electric. I never had a problem with this company, but sad to say I didn't have a good experience with the woman that answers the phone. In the past, I only used Wellington Electric for all electrical work done in my home. They installed a new electrical panel, I bought a $4,000 generator from them, (they installed the electrical work for the generator), and many other services they did in my home.

I called recently and explained I was selling my home and the inspector noticed that a breaker was double tapped and the issue needed to be addressed and repaired. I couldn't understand if that was an issue how did it pass an inspection in the past. I explained the issue to the woman I spoke with and what the inspector had found. I sent her all the receipts I had in a file dated back to 2004 and the inspectors photo of the double tapped wiring.

The next day I called her back and she was actually very nasty to me. She explained that the business was bought by someone else and told me the past owners would have never put in a double tapped wiring. I explained I had never used another company and she proceeds to tell me. "how do we know you didn't use anyone else?" So basically she was calling me a liar! Needless to say, I called another company that a friend told me about and they were awesome!

Very inexpensive and rated 5 stars! Their quote was actually a lot lower than Wellington Electric. So, if you are looking for great service with a wonderful professional experience call Freshwater & Son's! They will get my business from now on. Anyone who treats customers the way this woman did from Wellington Electric will definitely lose good customers and they lost a good customer!

I was hoping for a good outcome with Wellington electric since they were recommended to me by my realtor I met with the electrician when he came out he said he was going to get me a proposal in about a week and is now a month and one week later and I still have not yet received my proposal I have phone the office at at least four times I would definitely have to say the girl who answers her phone is extremely Pleasant and does appear to be a little helpful and trying to get me an answer but as it seems she is getting nowhere also with her co-worker and I have not yet received a phone call back or anyone from the company hoping for a good outcome with Wellington Electric. I'm just going to call another company as to have to start all over again I'm very disappointed in this company and I would never recommend them to anyone.

As always, the electrician from Wellington Electric was great. When I called saying my outdoor decorative lights were out they were able to squeeze me into the schedule for that day. And Matt figured out the problem immediately. We've used only Wellington Electric for the six years we've lived here -- they installed all our fans and light fixtures when we moved in and have done every other installation or repair since. We were required to replace my father's old service panel with a new service panel when it was time to sell his house. Wellington Electric offered a fair price, showed up on time, and did the work efficiently and professionally. They will be my first call if I need electrical work in the future.
