Wasn't going to write a review about this company, but it's being bothering me since they were here. Let me make it clear I didn't use them, and here's why. 1. They showed up late, not a big deal. 2. Didn't have everything needed for the job, even though I specifically told the admistative staff what I needed done 3 weeks earlier when I scheduled service. 3. Electrician showed up with a assistant, I thought great it will get done faster, until he informed me that it would be 80.00 an hour for him and 40.00 an hour for the assistant. Making his fee at 120.00 an hour.
He also informed me my service would take more then a day to do and I was looking at about 1000.00 bill. All I wanted him to do was hang 2 light fixtures, move an existing ceiling fan to another room. Had a bathroom light that wasn't working and add an outdoor outlet, mind you the electrical panel was about 10ft from where the outside outlet needed to be. 5. Seemed like he didn't want to do the job either. Had a slight attitude to boot. 6. Had to pay 59.00 for them to show up to do absolutely nothing, because I didn't hire them.
Will not use these people. Didn't have masks either and he smelled like smoke. Was very unprofessional too. Really left a bad taste in my mouth. Saw all the reviews about their generator installs and people seem happy, however their regular electrical services is not of the same level of service. I strongly do not recommend these people for regular electrical services.

I just had Arc Electric at my house to service my Generac Home Generator. Nick was the service tech that was here, you could not have asked for a nicer person. He was willing to take the time and explain what was the problem. I will be sure to call them in the future for any problems. If there were more stars they would get them. Alan Mellner 8-9-18
