I did not hire them. They quoted me 165.00 diagnostic fee. I hired Brunmitt Electric out of Oxford for an 85.00 diagnostic fee and for a total of 100 bucks my whole issue was fixed! 165.00 diagnostic is robbery.

Needed a repair to some in-wall electrical wiring due to an errant drill. Wiretech was able to come out on short notice and spliced in a new section of wire. Vince and Naim took care of this quickly and professionally.

Called for quota and the price was ridiculous. The owner replied that their prices are non-negotiable. I would steer clear as they try to gouge Tesla owners.

My wife scheduled an estimate for them to install a Tesla connection earlier this year. The good news is that the estimator was on time and very personal. The bad news is that they appear to be busy enough that they are way overestimating compared to everyone else. They were listed first on the Tesla list of electricians so they probably were getting lots of calls. Our install was super simple and in talking to my friends it sounds like they just hit everyone with a very similar and extremely high quote assuming you won't check against others.
This will eventually catch up to them as people use others and then do reviews about this and know they can get the same work done for far less from any of the others on the list. I know EV sales were high this year but then way over charging will kill the business in the long run. The other two quotes we got were in line with each other for the same job.

Michael Lashley is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to figure out the right solution. The installers were courteous, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Cannot recommend highly enough for your EV charger needs.
