We have used Fischer Electric several times changing and adding light fixtures. Last week Isais installed lighting above my kitchen cabinets. The placement of the lights was not specified on the work order. When I had to ask that he move the lights closer to the back wall, he did it without any negative comment knowing he would have to start over. This speaks to the professionalism of the Fischer technicians. Very neat install. The best accent I could have added to my kitchen. I highly recommend Fischer Electric.

Steer clear. Horrible customer service. Marilyn from the office does not follow up with customer and when questioned about it becomes argumentative. Called the manager Kathy to tell her about my experience and she too was apathetic. Got an estimate over a month ago. Paid $450 deposit and still no work has been done. Of course they blame it on the city that the permits weren't issued. Well then maybe you shouldn't have taken my money if you weren't ready to start the work. Will never use this company again!

Had the worst experience dealing with cwf after 2 solid recommendation. Asked for estimate on updating electrical box. Told estimate was free. When guy finally showed up a week later. He spent 1.5 he's here, fixed nothing & told me what it would cost to update & then charged me $190 for estimate! Not free! Then said it pound bs another visit to do work & an additional $550! No credit for estimate fee towards work.

I complained about bogus estinate fee & they said they would offer $75 credit when work complete. When I spoke to guy about scheduling work he then informed me that since he needed to come out to double check what needed to be done he couldn't give me the credit! Total rip off. Very unprofessional and shady. Had to call in another electrician who estimated for free & did job next day for $540 as quoted! I paid cwf for absolutely pitching done! Would recommend cwf to no one!

The customer service is outstanding from the moment you call them. They're always courteous and very professional and get the job done right. We have been using them since 2004. Services: Repair panel, Replace or upgrade panel, Install outdoor lighting, Install outlets or switches, General repairs

I found my go to electrician. They showed on time and did yeoman's work replacing an outlet and circuit breaker. The tech I think his name is Donnie was very efficient and pleasant. I learned he has a few decades of experience with this company and it shows in his pride and craftsmanship. Everyone needs a go to electrician and I found mine I recommend you give them a try also

Between the hard work by their service manager Terry to get us a service date quickly to replace our electrical panel, and the special dedication to the job by their technician Isais, we have no reason to call another company again for our electrical work. You have gained and retained a new client in this one experience, and we appreciate having a company onboard for our office complex Davie Commons that really knows about Customer Service. Their pricing was very fair also. Thanks for everything!
