If you are looking to get your electrical work done professional, fast, and high quality call Custom Electric. We had a dedicated 20amp breaker/circuit run to our spare room to power a CO2 laser. Ask for Taylor. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He walked us through the process and provided us with several options to meet our needs. No pressure estimate process. He also got us setup with a home surge protector to help protect our investment (Bonus).

I called Custom Electric because we had lost power in a portion of our home. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the dispatch charge was only $59.00. What I didn't know was that to diagnosis the problem would cost an additional $426.00. What they found was a single outlet that needed repair. They were in and out in about 45 minutes and the total bill was over $500. Had I known this up front I would have shopped around. I understand the need for a billing structure however when it's such a small job there should be exceptions. Very disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone.

The technician Alex Reicks was diligent, friendly and professional. He diagnosed a couple of problems which we hadn't been aware of, and corrected them for us. Very good experience. I do need to comment that the price fro 20ft of Romex cable ($350) seemed excessive, but the pricing is a matter for the company to consider. Overall very satisfied with Custom.
