Report
I have been hesitating to write this review, as I am more of a positive review sharer than a negative one. However, I feel compelled to share my experience, especially due to the dishonest treatment of the owner, Aaron, of this electrical company. The work that was done at my office was performed by a willing and hard working electrician, Anthony. He tried his best. But he was not qualified to do the work.
He would share with me that this was the first time he did a job like this. And at times watched you tube videos for how to perform the work. I played the part as best as I could. Trusting in the very salesperson professional approach that Aaron showed while he came to my office to quote the job. He was very polished in that way. But the work performed did not measure up and his professionalism after the initial viewing of my work to quote the job, his professionalism was poor. And dishonest. And disrespectful as he ignored my attempts to reach him. I will never use this company again. Too many other honest and well performing, ethical, businesses to support.
