With 22 years of electrical experience, Rick started working for Advent in 1996 as an apprentice. He completed four years of the apprenticeship program and has done everything from push a broom, service tech, lead man, job superintendent, project manager, and estimator. Rick enjoys spending time with his family, serving at his church, and collecting/repurposing old electrical equipment.
