If Al can't fix it, it can't be fixed. Al established JHACS Electric Inc., in 1992. Al began his electrical training while proudly serving in the United States Air Force. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from LSU/UNO and worked for his Master's Degree at UVA. Al's motto is "It never hurts to help."
