I'm very pleased with the work Rich did for me. He showed up on time for the estimate, delivered the detailed estimate via email promptly, and showed up to do the job exactly at the time that he said he would. All of the work he did was done very professionally. I had one change made before he started the job. That resulted in less materials expense, so he adjusted the bill down on the spot. I wrote him a check and we were good to go. I'm very pleased and I've already asked him to bid on some other work I need done.
