Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality This is the second week in a row they said they would come out for the appointment time THEY chose and STILL no one shows up. My grandparents pay top dollar for these seasonal checkups and wait around all day just to have no one even show up. Beyond disappointed in their customer service.

Replaced a 14 year old heat pump (compressor and indoor unit) in a matter of 2 days. Timing was very coordinated and worked great for a family gathering over the weekend. Explained what was happening and fully explained how to operate all the features of the new equipment.

Even though it took us a while to get everything in due to COVID, once everything was ready it was go time! Michael, our tech, was the best. Been doing business with JN for years, and as always top notch service. We decided to have our AC/Heating unit replaced and moved along with new duct work/thermostat/vents. The price for the top of the line installation was perfect. Extremely professional team came out and in a week installed a complete new system. Couldn't be happier, they conveyed everything with ease, explained the new system and had a great attitude.
Every day they came, it was always with a smile and great work ethic. If we had any questions they did not hesitate to answer fully. We thank you for the great service and look forward to continuing business! Also, give the technicians who came out tons of praise and a raise. They truly was the definition of professional and gentlemen.

The person I talked to was very nice so we set up a day for an electrician to come. I got a message that the electrician had and emergency situation with another customer and couldn't make it. Understandable. No big deal. Didn't hear anything back after so I reached out again and was told they would work me in. That was it. No one reached out again. I was essentially ghosted. I then contacted another electrician from another company and he said he was slammed, but he actually came out on a Saturday to help me although he doesn't normally work on Saturday. Took care of what I needed and charged a very reasonable price. It's bad company practice to dismiss customers. Won't be recommending this company.

It was so good to see Derrick again. He is a really good technician and takes to to share his findings and give his advice. We took time to catch up since it has been over 2 years since I have seen him. How many people hug their repair men? Am so glad Derrick came today. It was a 5 star visit.
