Sunday night our unit stopped working, the following morning we called Helton and Chris came immediately, he told us what was wrong and gave us options on what we could do. After weighing out our options we decided to get a new unit and from that moment on they took really good care of us. They immediately brought us window units to keep us very comfortable during the process. Our new unit was supposed to be a week out, the very next day we got a call and was informed our unit arrived earlier then expected and they would be there the next morning.
