I had called Ainsworth to come out and give me a quote for some work that I needed done and was prepared to book them but, despite coming out to give me a quote I never heard back from them. I called the office twice to see if I had possibly missed something and I was told that they would call me back with a quote but I never received a call. I ended up giving my money to TMA electrical who came out and did it the next day.

The repairman got here very quickly. He was extremely polite and working hard to find the broken wires as we were out of heat. He traced where the wires we're broken outside on the roof from a poor installation that a furnace and air air conditioning company. Had installed the wiring previously. The temperature outside was 20 degrees and dropping in 2 hours we had our heat back on just before midnight.
The repairman picked up and cleaned up everything that he had done inside the house in the garage and outside We had Ainsworth Electric install a standby generator approximately 8 years ago and are very satisfied with that also. I give them 5 stars for the work that they done here.
