Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality High quality of workmanship from the electricians, however, the disorganization of the sales / admin team cost me hundreds of $$ in damages to my home. When asked to take accountability for their part -they refused since the job was already overbudget. STAY AWAY!

Horrible experience! Kevin was 2 hours late, then took 6 hours to put in a switch. Dirty shoes, no booties, dragged insulation down from attic, left debris in the tub for me to clean up. Left work unfinished but charged full price. Needed me to assist 4 times! NEVER AGAIN!

I worked with AF Smith on a 50A->200A service replacement in a 1960's house in the West Willow neighborhood. The team was responsive, professional, and their union (IBEW) training made me feel confident that their electricians were skilled and safety-minded! I designed the electrical system and completed some portions prior to their arrival and AF Smith was happy to work with me on a time and materials basis. Their electricians took the time to teach and show me how items I was unfamiliar with should be handled (Anthony is a great guy who was willing to teach). I can't recommend them enough!
